In all fairness I've never had the balls to work for myself. Considered it many times but have a decent paid job and many commitments. Not sure I'll ever roll the dice now.

It would be a massive step when you have commitments and bills to pay. Would certainly need to have guaranteed income.

I went self employed as a carpet cleaner and mobile car valeter and sold a few dodgy cars in 1990 when I was made Redundant from the Daimler.

Luckily after a year I got a real job.

If I don't get a new job soon I am seriously thinking of going into Property Development full time dabble a bit at the moment.
