Appeal Decision? (10 Viewers)

Grendal..as an accountant i have to correct you...intest is being levied, but there is no cash in the club to pay it!!! so how can they sustain that. Also accounting principles dictate the interest being levied would have to be provided against and written off as a bed debt.

Did not OSB agree that interest is being paid and that investors are being paid? I am sure he did.

The debt in the club is increasing overall, sisu are funding that gap wit h hard cash, the exception being this year as sale of CW and Arsenal receipts have probably funded the running cost this year,

I do not see 15 cqllum wilsons being sold over the next 15 years, all i see is more and more debt. this is not sustainable and sisu know it.

No investor can sustain those losses over that long a period unless they are prepared to lose their money

Funny. Now it suits your argument OSB isn't flawed. Having said that IIRC when ML said it wasn't "real debt" I think OSB's response was something along the lines of why are we paying interest on it if it isn't real debt. But what I think concerned him most was that a big chunk of that not "real debt" was due to be paid back in full some point real soon. From memory it was something like £20M and it's due early next year. You're probably going to ignore the last bit though even though it's more worrying.

The club was going backwards at Highfield road, it is why they had £60m of debt then. The ground was falling apart and could only hold 24,000, which ment they could not compete in the prem. That is why they decided to build a new stadium, but their debt forced the council to bail them out to get the stadium built. Then Higgs had to bail them out as well and then the worse owners ever came in, downhill all the way since. There was no way back to highfield road as they had allready sold it and were paying £1.2m in rent on a 24,000 seat stadium.

They also said they wouldn't sell leon Clarke and CW.

They also said they would invest in the team.

They also said they would liquidate the club in 2012.

They also stated they would be open and transparent with the fans.

They also said they would hold a forum on the accounts and delayed it and meant to be end of July last I heard?

They also said plans were 3 weeks away only over a year ago.

They also said, well see my point. There are many more.

Any I'm missing?

Once again no balance, LC & his agent manipulated his unsuccessful move to Wolves purely for financial gain (can't blame CCFC for that) and if you receive a substantial offer as a club you are obliged to inform the player.

CW is a level headed young man who I'm sure would have preferred to stay BUT he has to think about his family and his long-term future, playing in a higher division and quadrupling his earnings (with advice from his Agent, it's a no brainer).

I could go but am not prepared to waste my time!

Nobodies right here but it's not just one party at fault, many should be hanging their heads in shame, however it's pretty obvious that they don't have any.

They pay interest using the money borrowed/invested.

Assuming it is being paid currently.

The Club is unlikely to be making anything, more how much it is losing.

The article hasn't been changed since this afternoon when we added in details of costs and the quotes from the judgment - unless I've missed something!

There was a story earlier in the morning which just talked about leave to appeal being rejected.

Must be going mad then. Could've sworn it referred to amounts at first. Too much SBT maybe.

From where?......The pathetic gate receipts from Shitfields? or the pie money? (not sure they get that anyway).

No from revenue via player sales cup revenue and cost refuction.

When axactly did they ask for a rent reduction? Post link.

What are their plans for a new stadium? If they are serious about this then surely some plans/site acquisition and permission is in place?

It's called confidentiality and I'm not prepared to break that for you or anyone else for that matter. Very good reasons but as I've previously stated, not rocket science and I'm confident a "short term" deal at the Ricoh is still possible but if I were you I wouldn't hold my breath!

Long term if we are going to exist we have to move and own our own stadium ( no chance of that with the Ricoh ), so onwards & upwards who ever owns the club.

Lol won't answer anything to do with non transfers.

I will ask again.

Didn't sisu say plans were 3 weeks away over 1 year ago?

Didn't sisu say they would liquidate the club in 2012?

Didn't they say they would hold a forum last month/this month?

Didn't they say they would put on free travel to sixfields?

Well? Tbh I don't want to hear the poo you will come up with.

Probably be like well 3 weeks was delayed because it's sensitive information commercially?

And free travel isn't a legal binding contract?

And they didn't liquidate as they are owed the Ricoh first?

Crazy crazy thoughts.

Are you the same RFC that said sisu were right all along and would win the jr?

Are you the same RFC who said the council would do a deal on the steps to the court?

Don't you get it. You are being mugged off.

You are obviously a very smart guy so answer your own questions as it's totally pointless that I attempt to, I REPEAT NOBODIES RIGHT HERE AND CERTAINLY NOT YOU.

It's not just the current owners at fault, name me a good or competent owner over the last 50 or maybe even more years?

CCC's silence has been deafening throughout (apart from their manipulation of ACL) LOL!

I've been very restrained regrading using silly names Tony after nicks advice. You seem less so.

So telephone man have you picked the phone up to Mark? I did text him last week telling him all about you and he said he was soon to have a knee op but would take the call. I advised him that I thought you were full if shit and wouldn't do it.

So you did say by the middle of this week you'd make the call. How did it go Telephone man?

Bullshit man. (Thinking of karl pilkington now.)

Three Senior Appeal Court Judges just might be able to sort out the wood from the trees?

On the other hand have you ever heard or known of a Council being deceitful or corrupt in their dealings with COUNCIL TAX PAYERS money? Bailing-out a company that they have a vested interest in with a 43 year loan ( YES 43 YEARS ) to pay off their £14million debt!

Where would you (or I get a 43 year loan ?????????????????????????????)

Yet to hear of a guilty COUNCIL but of course there's a first time for everything!

Just like the JR when you said sisu would win? A deal on the court steps?most likely the judge was bribed by the "corrupt" council?

Sorry RFC you are off your rocker. You are either Tim fisher or ML using a fake account or you are a villa/Leicester fan on a wind up? It's not obvious which one though.

good luck. they lost the 1st case, won the case to appeal, lost the next case and lost the case to appeal

only thing they have "won" so far, is the right to have another hearing where they can waste more money on being told nothing illegal happened
