Look at all the names past SP and they are all much better candidates as they have higher level experience and a without a club so no compo etc.

SP has settled into leaminton and his family. He won't go unless he gets stupid money and Huddersfield just have eyes for him and him only which I doubt.

On 5llive last night it was said that Robbins had decided to leave, so wasn't sacked; and more importantly that Hudderfield were in no rush to make an appoinment even though they had already received 60 applications! It does seem unlikely that SP would go (although the reporter did mention him)

I agree this looks the logical point of view, but you never know. Could you see Sisu turning down the opportunity of compo ?

Why on earth would they be interested in him?

This thread is giving me déjà vu as well, I’m imagining seeing a 17 page thread before… oh wait

But seriously, bookies odds mean nothing in ‘next manager’ markets. I wouldn’t pay any attention to the odds or who is favourite.

Of course they would take compo but the odds show it's a very open market and actually no one knows anything.

All the bookies have done is saw mark Robbins come from Coventry and we are in a similar way to then and SP is young and vibrant. Seems they have put 2 and 2 together and got 5.

SP is settled in leamington with his family. Most likely to certain to stay on all this evidence.

SP worked with Huddersfield director of football , Ross Wilson, when he was at Falkirk. Perhaps this is why they have made him one of the favourites for the job

To be fair to SISU they have brought in two excellent managers in Robins and Pressley in my opinion so i dont think they will be too hasty to cash in on him to have to start that process all over again. I can understand it if SP wanted out however but he certainly hasnt show many signs.....yet

Looks like the knives are out for SP !

In all my posts I have been consistently supportive due to the adverse nature of the role and its unique challenges.

His record though is hardly likely to put him top of any list is it?

Lol.
Your giving out mixed messages, do you want him to stay or go ???
Or will you just want what Sisu want as usual ?

If Huddersfield come in and offer the right package then he is gone and could you blame him. His year and half with us has been the pits.
