I have been wondering about this for sometime. Why is the identities of Hoffmans consortium shrouded in secrecy. They never seem to turn up to meetings. Surely if your intent of buying a football club you would turn up at meetings to discuss the purchace. I have a sneaking suspition that Geoffrey Robinson is involved and is trying to get his money back.

Although a good shout i would seriously doubt it, surely wouldnt be stupid enough to lose more, and secondly i doubt GR actually lost much money in the first place, although not on the motives you mentioned i wouldnt be too suprised if he was involved somewhere along the line.

His original plan almost worked. if SISU hadn't started cashing in on players, and put a little more in we would have been looking at a different picture. If press reports are true could have involved Henderson and Caroll along side Dann and Fox.
