Why should it matter I am with you Grendel its worthless so 50% for 2.77 million is 2.77 million too much and would be better put to use on our "new stadium" after all we can only play at one so why would we want 50% of another one because as Laura agreed with the judge Sisu aren't a charity or maybe they are just helping out if they are:claping hands:

SISU have finally made a play for half of ACL again. Surely you should be happy.
If they pull this off it is the perfect scenario.
The rubbish about a new stadium goes.
The Ricoh has two sports clubs maximising its use sharing the profits.
Just glad SISU are finally showing their hand and finally its one that makes sense.
It's a shame it took the wasps move to bring it into play

Wouldn't the Injection into LTD to settle out the 43 years go to ACL?
Would that then reduce Richardsons need to pay off £13M .
If this works I see It costing them both around £13M .
Of course If they succeed In stopping him achieving 100% he may just bugger off and leave the field clear ,in which case they may be able to bring It down further re the CCC. th
EDIT:- He did reduce the Price by around £10M If reports are to be believed ,that may have been canny have done It myself when Purchasing a house when the chain was well
down the line and saved a pretty sum ,but It may also give him room to manoeuvre around SISU and the Club

I don't believe Wasp can veto a deal by CCFC ltd (SBS&L), but they may have a cancellation option if they are unable to get all the shares.
So if sisu somehow manage to fulfil the requirements to buy Higgs shares, then the question is if Wasp will sell on their shares to sisu (for a profit/compensation) or simply walk away.
Another interesting issue is how much will it cost sisu to buy the shares through ccfc ltd and who will benefit the most. The biggest creditors are Otium and ACL (the lease). Buying the shares is buying half of ACL - and may open an option to buy the remaining half. So any money going to ACL could actually be money going back to sisu (if Wasp agree to sell). In addition any money going to Otium is money going to sisu.
If sisu manage to buy Higgs shares and Wasp cancel their deal - will the council sell their shares to sisu?
Or alternatively will Wasps buy CCFC?

The loan is payable by ACL, buy half the shares and you are responsible for the loan just as much as the other half are.

Higgs can turn down any offer if they want, the option just says they (CCFC Ltd*) have a chance to make an offer.
*There is talk of beneficial ownership transferring the option, I don't think this will work, but I'm out of my depth with that.

The case is against the Council, not ACL. Although ACL are linked by virtue of having received the loan, I don't see that it distresses them particularly.

Can someone bring me up to speed. I stopped reading all the threads on ACL / CCC / Wasps etc as it just seemed to be the same old argument going round in a circle but when the idea of SISU buying 50% of ACL was mentioned just after the sale to Wasps the general consensus seemed to be it was BS from the council and they'd royally stitched the club up and made it impossible for them to buy the share.
Is that not right, has something changed? Why are we now in a position where we can buy half? Obviously it would be fantastic to get an ownership stake and it's nice to finally see SISU admit they want a share in the stadium but is there any chance of this actually happening?
If it relies on going to court to prove beneficial ownership of the option how can they claim that without getting stuck with the balance of the lease?
