In the CET saying how he is determined and Pressley backing him, Tudgay to start on Sunday then? Who knows, if he can bag a few then it might do his confidence a world of good.

Might be an idea to turn his body around first, before he thinks of doing it with his career.

We have got to trust that he will come good. We really need all the squad playing at the top of their game. I hope he can become a City legend, as that means he's come good and we are out of this shit league!!

fair play to the lad.. hope he plays championship football again in his career because that means he'll have turned good at some point for us before we sold him

I think of him as a bit of a waster, but I've only really seen him disappoint in that one game (which was one hell of a poor performance) and then he's not really featured much since. He has to better than we've seen so far.

He has been such a disappointing signing. I was over the moon when we got him, bit of a marquee signing who would be streets ahead at this level and bang in the goals. Here's not to say he won't do it in the second half of the season although he has certainly fallen down the pecking order. If he doesn't take his chance on Sunday it may be goodbye in the not too distant future. He isn't too far the wrong side of 30 either, at league 1 you would think that he's capable of 15-20 on past experience.

More a case in point, 'He used to be better than we've seen so far.'

We all want him to do well. He's just looked disinterested and hardly broken sweat. I never boo anyone and he's a player I have rated in the past.

Biggest disappointment of all the signings this year for me, I thought he'd do well at this level.

I think it was against Preston when there was a counter attack on in the second half we were losing and he was jogging rather than sprinting to get into the area, that is simply a lack of effort. 5 goals in 25 games is a poor scoring ration for the last 2 seasons but also his failure to command a place in either Barnsley or Charlton or forest -admittedly in a higher division I think demonstrates his career was on the slide

Im sure i read a post or report somewhere when we signed him that this had been a personal problem for him, he had lost the will and couldnt motivate himself for the game over the last 2 or 3 seasons.
Had greater expectations from him than all of the pre season signings, he was the one name you thought may do somethig positive for us.

Still Time!

Love to see the chance stats in regards to all our forwards, bet it's down the bottom of the league. Strikers (finishers especially) need chances to score, in the first 14 games we didn't create anywhere near enough. So little in fact that CHRIST himself (Callum Wilson to you and me) wouldn't have scored as many as at this stage last year. 4-4-2 will change this though and the strikers should score.

To be fair though, the games I saw tudguy he showed little interest in getting in the box, and spent more time standing and admiring himself.

You can blame the formation all you want but other strikers have managed to score in that formations. And how many chances didn't tudguy have because of his lack of desire to get in the box, or make a clever run. I'm very disappoint in him.

Yeah it's a fair point, in his defence he did seem to be carrying 90% of his body weight in his arse, which would hinder movement...
