... in my opinion is he has lost the dressing room big time. We have a large number of loanees, short term contract players and hopeful kids on the up. Saturdays performance confirmed that to me almost 100%, second to everything and as a result Worcester cake walked it and were well on top well before Burge got sent off. A massive task lies ahead of Pressley stuck with a load of don't wanna be here characters we need to be prepared to put their heads on the block for the cause. He needs about 6 replacements imo, can't buy until January even if allowed, not sure how many more loans we are allowed and out of contract players will be demanding atleast a 2 year deal, things are looking bleak I'm afraid.

The other problem SP has that not only the dressing room may be lost, but the crowds are deserting the club in droves making financing the changes required unlikely. Its a vicous downward spiraling circle.

Pressley has designed a team around a particularly way of playing and that just isnt working. We have so many loan players (reminds me of the Micky Adams era) so there is little consistency in the playing squad. He has full protection from above however but we lose on Wednesday and patience is running very thin i would guess.

Weird thing is that i cannot bring myself to hate him at the moment! Not sure why!!
