He had a lot of potential when he broke into the team.
However Newcastle was a silly move for him,
They should negotiated that we keep him on loan as part of the deal.
He was nowhere near ready for the prem when he left.
Juke he was our top scorer going into a relegation battle. Definitely should have kept him if we wanted to stay up

Juke has never been prolific but I cannot ever fault his effort which is commendable!!

However he was not good enough in that team managed as it was by a clown to keep us up .....a better manager would have kept that squad up
regardless of if we kept or did not keep Juke!!

I agree, his strength was not out and out scoring. Yet he was our top scorer. Which tells you a lot.
You sell your top scorer when you are in a relegation battle for 1 million. When the relegation is going to cost you 5 million. There was something massively wrong a club. However I would say the issue was bigger than the manager.

If we had kept Juke and made the loanee signings we would have just about stayed up IMO

We would never have stayed up with a basket case as manager. The Kidderminster fiasco has now put that one to bed.
