So as Jonathan Strange and Peter Ward were there representing the fans I assume we will shortly have a report from them giving us full details of the preferred site and the vision of an integrated stadium, training ground and academy.

They will have signed a confidentiality agreement so no

Why is there any need to hide the location now, why do they hide this most important matter from the fans, why haven't they done any customer surveys to find out what would be acceptable to the fans?

I think the term 'preferred site' simply means that they haven't chosen a site.

Nothing has changed.

How convenient! It's almost like it's a load of BS as usual.

Wasn't sure who Peter Ward was so googled him and got this report from the CT "Peter Ward ... who has previously been reported stating he believes Sisu are acting in the best interests of the football club" and of course it's been documented before that Jonathan Strange resigned as chair of the LSG when they proposed to not attend Sixfields. Seems that two people who could very much be labelled 'pro SISU' have been selected and will now hide behind confidentiality to avoid reporting back to the very people they are supposed to be representing.

Preferred site is a very vague phrase. I would prefer to live in the Midlands to get to more games but I'm not actively looking to move for at least 2 years. I can go on rightmove and look at multimillion pound homes that would be my preferred residence but I don't have the means to purchase any of them. More concrete phrases would be that they have a period of exclusivity over a site, have submitted a bid for a site or have had a bid accepted and are working to completion.

Another lost opportunity by SISU. If Mr Strange had been abel to make an independent report then it may have been a touch better. I had hoped that this would not happen. We now have 2 Fans in the know and the rest still in the dark.

The term Preferred means nothing . Could be the middle of Broadgate for all we know. Just currently its at the top of our list , not necessarily in negotiations

I would say Car Park C, but don't the COuncil want to plonk a hotel on that to make the parking even more shit?

Isn't this Jonathon Strange London based ? So with a city population of over 300000 and despite having Sky Blue Trust representatives falling over themselves to be popular and allowing Fisher and Waggott together and separately in recent times to address their meetings we can only have two hand picked individuals and one of those living over a 100 miles away co-opted to this board. A fucking joke.

By the sound of it CCC kept the surrounding land to the arena. Not sure what land this is. But it doesn't look like CCC has the money to build anything. The infrastructure is already there. And a nearby sports stadium would make it difficult to stop planning permission.

So it must be next to the Ricoh

I'm normally ultra sceptical Of dialogue ,especially with the redundant Fisher ,he might as well have Ebola round these parts ,and I'm not enamoured

with the choice of fan reps Involved.

However this information re Ground If revealed should have been revealed to the conduit created to engage on It,which was wound down recently .

All Info should be shared with all fans .

So I'm not going to lambast the two Individuals involved ,It's not their fault they can't share ,what appears to be a ground position which

Is where It was 18 months ago .

The Issue Is ,should SISU be here long term as they say they are then Failure Fisher has to go and be replaced by a Local leading Business

person ,the only option to re-engage supporters .

That Act alone should Increase gates by 4-5K.

I know the site, but this is not the place to say as I'd be betraying trust. However, I will drop cryptic clues that will give you the location of the first part of the treasure hunt, this will finish at the site itself where I've buried a GOLDEN TICKET.

I think it is time to congratulate SISU. It is only two years since the time that the FL eventually admitted that they started talks with SISU about moving our club as all trust had broken down and they were going to build a new stadium. And they have found the preferred site already.

CCC wants Wasps I think to construct some form of Leisure establishment /facility on the rough Ground the other side of the Railway ,there

are apparently Compulsory purchase orders on the scrap yards ,possibly industrial Units across Judds lane opposite the Casino/Telegraph

stand.

Damn you to hell. I was so proud of my 'Wispa the location quietly' clue, but now nobody's going to find it.

9 players leaving in January, I guess that's including loans?

up to 9 out, 7 in, so they’re reducing the size of the squad.

For the love of god!!!!! We're going to trust Steven Pressley to bring in 7 more players???

Get ready for another load of Scottish third tier shite or centre forwards who couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo, also be ready for all said players to do very well once they leave us.

...which should make us all ask why they attending these meetings - there is literally no point if details cannot be revealed. You can't argue that JS and PW represent "the fans" simply because they are the SCG chair and vice chair - they only represent themselves.

Could be good or bad depending on where they cut the squad and if those wages are reinvested into getting a better quality of player, we've got to many striker so if we get rid of Tudgay and Jackson it's hardly a big loss. Try and get Madine permanently, then combine Jackson, Tudgay, Mcquoid, Miller, Nouble wages altogether into getting two quality replacements and have Maddison as back up.

Actually I take it all back Pressley has an eye for a player you can tell that from Websters Maldini like performances over the last two seasons.

Seriously though I expect fleck will be gone as I've heard he's signed a pre-contract with forest, as we've been told Haynes is not for sale he should be off on deadline day and the other departures will be the loan cancellations.

I stand by my comments about the players Pressley will bring in his record is appalling at best.
