if it were a business move possibly but as Football Fan and a City fan no, but they are very different.
we have a home.
Why is the ricoh our home but wycombe not wasps?

Why would the trust refuse to work with the club when we moved but seem to work with a rugby club when they do?

They played in wycombe didn't they? Why was that not their home?

It was supposed to be a short term deal but could not find anywhere to move to, also it's a nightmare to get in and out of with just that one road through an industrial estate as we found out in the cup.

All I am saying in all this is let's try and work with them not fight them.

Hells bells, I'm sorry no one turned up to your two man protest, but at least you got your faces on tv though eh.

Could that not have been said about ccfc?

Not that im saying the trust should do some of their dirty work.

The Ricoh was built for us it and should always be our home.

With regards to to the Trust and our owners I think you should get your facts right , they refused to work with us because we would not openly support the move to Northampton. You know my view has always to have communications with our owners , it was till we showed our strength and resolve that they opened up the opportunity to talk again. We were always happy to talk.

I'm by no means saying the trust should have come out and said everybody must go to sixfields, they could have tried to make a shit situation a bit better for the fans though couldn't they? They could have helped the club in that way?

whereas trying to say over and over how good the wasps move is seems weird.

I did! Was going to edit it from my phone to change the insult but pressed like by mistake and then it wouldnt let me edit it so got rid until I could sort it on pc.

Perhaps we could have a random set of a dozen insults patched into everyone's posts...

One of many similar comments:

'The final betrayal of your long suffering fans. You took Wasps an hour down the M40 to the far end of a trading estate and wondered why your crowds went down .You now use this as an excuse to move into the midlands, even farther away. You are presumably hoping to take support from Lecester and Northants. You are committing commercial suicide. Wasps are a WEST LONDON club. Wake up before you destroy the club I have supported for 25 years or more.'

Intheknow, are you proud?

a question - would you prefer a club you supported to die or would you prefer said club to remain in existence?

Very happy about the big crowd anticipated for the curtain raiser, inflated by thousands upon thousands of freebies and the novelty factor. Don't recall us offering any freebies and still racking up 27k for the 'homecoming' against Gillingham, which was capped by safety restrictions. The invisible PR machine has done well so far, but let's see if it can beat the worst PR operation of all time's result.
No doubt the regulars will be on here after the first match bragging about how they had double the attendance of the Fleetwood match the day before.

Wycombe are a club with not much cash, could you not have taken over there? Brentford's Griffin Park going empty with them building a new ground too. For the Wasps fans who have signed that petition moving to Coventry pretty much marks the death of the club, making your point moot.

Good for them. If they can't top the Gillingham match, which was announced weeks rather than months in advance, and couldn't have been organised any worse, then it doesn't bode well for the long term.

Why were you embarrassed, because people have to work on Tuesdays?
Thats the usual excuse and abbuse we got when we did any of our Protests. We went to the Sisu and FL offices on a Saturday and got ridiculed as they all said no one would be there! We then Did it in the week and everyone moaned they had work!Went to the council house and they all moaned again.Funny but everyone moans slag people off then say but I agree with you BUT.....So if people are not passionate enough to find the time then you only have yourselves to blame. So was everyone working that day, That only FOUR CCCF supporters turned up there were more reporters then us so yes Embarrassing.

To be fair, wasn't it due to be in the evening before the game but then changed last minute?
