When the club is being run like a circus, you should not be shocked when you turn up to see clowns running round in circle's..On and off the field the club is a mess no matter the result of any individual game, fans are just losing hope of seeing any sort of success or progression...

Players like Maddison, Finch and Haynes are being put on at the minute and while i agree i with the younger players being played i would not be expecting great things or consistency from them yet... Ability Yes, attitude Yes but good decision making and passing accuracy will be lacking during the game, so don't expect to much of what are boys learning in a mans world in a standard that will not allow them any mistakes....

Barton, fleck and finch all play too deep and are all too similar, thomas is the only one who actually presses high, the rest all sit back and wait for players to come to them. I know it's only a minor point, but it's irritating as he was part of that good early run.

You know what, I never thought I'd say it but I agree! How Finch is being preferred to him right now is mad! Atleast he looks forward and isn't as defensive. Should play in place of either Finch or Barton.

Still don't like the guy but can't be much worse

I'd take off Maddison because of his booking and nt really knowing his role, and Finch, bring on Nouble and Jackson and move Flecky into a middle 3

Fans calling for 442 but don't see that helping us with Fleck staying on te wide left , and if we bring a striker on and play him on the left he'll be criticised

i am not sure I have seen a weaker central midfield in my life as Finch and Barton. No offence to Finch, he is young and shouldnt be thrown in there

Currently 19th, 3 off the drop. How can this be defended as acceptable? He has been able to bring in a shit load of players who should be half decent at this level yet he changes the formation, is negative as fuck and generally does not have a fucking clue. He also manages to see the game differently from 99.9% of fans perspective (RFC aside). There is no way forward under this fool.
