Tell you what why dont you stop hiding and come out and tell us who you are?
He is a ridiculous little dweeb all alone in a bedroom who knows nobody and nothing. Why do you ask him?

I would very politely just wish to correcect you, don't attempt to put words into my mouth.
I'm sure a few know but like me are honourable and trustworthy and would under no circumstances divulge.
You'll know soon enough!
just a thought on this, (and I don't believe for one minute a ground will be built) now that sisu nor ccfc have anything to do with the ricoh , apart from renting the pitch, the stadium belonging to another spots company (wasps), and assuming that now the council have now been paid what they're owed. what objection could they have to sisu or a new owner applying to build another stadium in the city limits, smaller citys than cov have two stadiums.
Even at the bigger site near the Airport? The one on the A45
How soon, RFC? Can you at least tell us how many sites are in the running and if there is a favourite?
Someone told me the other day that you are someone senior in SISU itself? Is that true?
so why the fuss about being outside the city ?
Given his name, RFC, it is clear he must have inside information. How else would anyone know that we would have a Rugby Football Club playing in and owning our ground?
This suggests to me that they must be looking at brownfield sites. Ryton would have been ideal. There must be other sites around coventry surely, of say 22 acres?
He said 60 acres was needed for training and academy facilities next to a £20million stadium which could begin at 12-15,000 capacity, and expand to 23,000, with planning permission potentially taking “18 months”.

If any approach has been made by the retailer and not the football club would a FOI request be easily batted back with an honest No we have not been approached by CCFC?
Could SISU be riding on the back of a Tesco say?
A thought has just occurred to me. Usually football clubs get in bed with a big retailer to get a scheme going. The retailer benefits from association with the sporting use and they bring the necessary money to the table.

Of course I would prefer Waitrose myself
I heard the club were having talks with Warwick University, there is plenty of land which currently has numerous cricket , football and Rugby pitches amongst other pitches adjacent to the main University, this inmo is the only land big enough to house such a development.
The University is intent on becoming a big hitter "already a top 5-6 Univesity in this country" it wants world wide recognition, and has massive links with TATA and many other huge organisations worldwide.
Infrustrucure is currently unsuitable, but rumors persist about a new road being built to join the A45 around the back of Canley, making the Tile Hill railway station extremely convenient for a new ground, as the crow flies it would be around two miles.
Also the potential site is Warwickshire county council not Coventry, so may be workable, please don't shoot the messenger, do I think it's a starter ? Probably not ! did I think they would go to Six fields ? Definately not !
But I'm assured talks of some nature took place regarding CCFC and TUOW
If for example CBRE have contacted a council but not mentioned CCFC any council could honestly respond with no.
Ignoring the major issue that its highly unlikely it will ever happen where could a new stadium be built?
We've seen the Bermuda site mentioned, there was a Warwick Uni site mentioned a while back (not sure exactly where at the uni, sure someone will fill that in) and Brandon (which seems a non starter). Anywhere else that is possible? A lot of people say it must be within the city boundary so where is there that fits that criteria. Remember it doesn't necessarily have to be empty land at the moment but would most likely be someone that isn't being used.
Lets see where people suggest. Hopefully we can avoid all the 'it will never happen' as we already know that. Just something away from the same old circular arguments to waste a bit of time.
Where is that ?
Trapped between Old Courtaulds site on Foleshill Road and Scrap yard on Stoney Stanton Road.

If it is there wonder who will pay the massive decontamination costs?
There's a planning application for some houses waiting approval but not all the site.

Haha, I did a couple of days work there as a school leaver. It was like that place in Lynch's ' Eraserhead'.
The air was yellow with steam and fumes with chemicals seeping thru the floors. For sure, for every year working there you lost a year of life....
