Let's speculate, who's going? (4 Viewers)

SP has stated that he knows which loan players will return and who he wants to keep. He also said that some players will be made available for transfer.

Here's who I think is being shown the door:

Clarke (Yeovil swap with Martin)
Pennington (loan expires)
McQuoid (loan expires)
Daniels (Transfer listed)
Miller (Transfer listed)
Tudgay (transfer listed)

What does everyone think?

I think Madine will be off too. He'll get a better offer than we can, or we'll fail to pay the fee that Owls want.

We'll it hints at a sale in there as well
None of the above will attract a fee
So Willis Haynes Maddison?
Too early for the last one I think

Maddison has been followed by other clubs since he was really young. He could well be one to leave. Would anyone pay £500k? I don't think SISU would turn it down.

Bang on the money here, Madine I think will go elsewhere with the usual we tried every possible avenue to pursue the deal bullshit, I also have a sneaky feeling Johnson could ask to leave in the window.

I would also let Pugh go, waste of wages.

Barton?
I'd keep daniels but send him out on loan for the remainder of the season, he's only 20 so would still give him another season to see if he progresses.
Burge out on loan for the rest of the season?

Barton will end up staying now.

Daniels is a league two player AT BEST

Burge league two keeper AT BEST

Bit harsh on a pair of 20 year olds, that's why they need to go out and get games. If they do well keep, if they don't then offload them in the summer, we'll save on wages with them being out on loan anyway.

I think Fleck may be the surprise player to be sold, his contract expires in the summer....
A player that in my eyes has flattered to deceive. Could have been another Beckhamesque player, but has coughed and spluttered. I agree, he should be sold before the summer(Not that the team will benefit with better players being shipped in)

Fleck won't be sold as Rangers command a large percentage of any transfer fee, for a market to work you need a buyer and a seller, who would want to buy Fleck ?

True, but we have not been using Fleck to his strengths this season, hes been nullified by the tactics employed and told to do a different job, hence his poor form.

Bollocks. He's pretty much doing the same job as last season, he just hasn't got wilson, clarke, moussa and baker scoring goals making him look good.

How many times did he play a through ball last season or set up an attack or break up the play, hes been told to sit infront of our weak shite defence this season which has stopped him doing anything creative, plus we have no one with any creativity or strikers willing to get in behind meaning he has to go sideways all the time this year, so no I dont think its bollocks at all if you watch his performances carefully and have a bit of a football braincell.

Rather than resulting in insults to fellow fans if you honestly believe that Fleck was a part of the success which saw Mousa Baker Clarke & wilson score so many games, how come he's not moved on, as all those players have, surely all teams would want a playmaker who was responsible for creating so many goals. Me thinks you overrate Fleck

He sat in front the defence last season, that's where he likes to play, where he gets time on the ball, where he can 'dictate' play from. He didn't do particularly well as protecting the defence did he and only managed 5 assists and 1 goal on 43 league appearances, and he actually took the set pieces for most of last season.

Moussa - Free - Sits on the bench. Great career move
Clarke - Moved because his head got too big and his beloved Wolves - Journeyman, - Bench - Well done Clarke
Wilson - Money talks to SISU
Baker - Paid off due to cost cutting wages, which enabled us to bring in 3 other players.

Fleck - Yes poor form this season, but at least he looks up with the fucking ball at his feet not down, has no one next to him offering anything, finch is a nightmare, thomas dont get a look in, and barton is a fairy, so you can see why Fleck looks poor majority of the time in a useless pairing this season and fuck all on the wings and just Madine to play into up top, whilst trying to save the two centre backs bacon all game knowing their most likely be skinned to shit.

NOUBLE

We probably cant afford his salary, and whilst Pressley is now under pressure to put out a more attacking side, I'm not convinced that he (Pressley) would ready or able to adapt his style of man management to accommodate the likes of Nouble (and Johnson).

Again that's tosh. Norwood played in an awful side that got relegated and still stood out. Fleck has been poor for the majority of 2014, in a side that scored 70+ goals last season he had just 5 assists. He over plays, he dallys on the ball, he is the worst in the team at not moving after he's passed it. He likes playing in a 15 yard square around the centre circle. He rarely passes it quickly into the strikers feet. He has sole good technical ability, but so have a lot of players that have failed to make the grade. He's just another david bell/sideways sammy.

Barton has offered more than Fleck this season.

In fact it states that its a feature from earlier on in the season, my bad.

Regardless, he is used as the example.

You forgot to mention that all three of the players that came in with the baker wages have been shite. Agree with all the rest though.

McQuoid - loan cancelled no great loss

Fleck - IF they can get a fee, stupid not to really his contract is up and hardly making noises about signing a new one. Not sure if Rangers have a sell on.

Pennington - loan finishes

C

Nouble - overrated IMO also had a fall out with Pressley can't see him staying.

Clarke - swap deal would work with Martin but Boro could scupper that

Maddison/Haynes/Willis- would be surprised if they went this window but considering the club has already said Haynes is not for sale it don't look good.

Johnson - he would be my shock departure, another one to fall foul of Pressley and to much time on the treatment table.

Miller - not sure where but clearly don't feature in Pressleys plans

Incoming

Allsop - he's playing so can see him staying till end of season

Any cheap crap that speaks with a Scottish accent, sorry that's all I've got I have zero faith in Waggott and Pressley as a duo in the transfer market based on their track record so far. Apart from Johnson the last round of dealings has been one of the worst I can remember quality wise. Before anyone throws JOB at me I think he's currently the most overrated player we have and should never be captain.

Reports indicating Pennington loan has been extended until 7th Feb

Everything else is about right although I think Johnson will be off, and JOB the jury is still out, at least he opens his mouth more than Baker ever did as captain though and demands the best from around him ( before making a silly error but has the right commitment and attitude)
