Sisu refused permission to appeal... (9 Viewers)

That has what to do with what you say SISU were going to do under their master plan?

The whole deal is very similar, except of course CCC and local taxpayers are now at risk of losing the money loaned to ACL if anything goes wrong, rather than a hedge-fund.

I really thought that subsidising private loss making companies wasn't part of a local authorities remit, particularly one they've imported from outside, whilst making cuts to local services.

It seems that peoples attitudes have changed.

How are Wasps?

20,000 tickets sold so far for Sunday
How Sisu wished they had similar gates

A legal bod on CWR said this morning that SIsu "have money to burn" in their court proceedings and countless legal appeals....millions it's costing them!!!

This is the problem the club are just being used as a vehicle by Sisu to get what they want.
The vehicle now though is on it's last legs and is beyond economical repair,
The "scrap yard" looms in technical terms for our once great club.

LMAO at legal 'experts' like Summerisle. The facts have been considered at length by real legal experts, Sisu lost, wipe away those tears.

...and for once hold to account those responsible for the well being of the club and the state it's in, the owners.

Spot on.
It amazes me how blinded some on here are.
Sisu's new PR team are out in full force trying to deflect attention from themselves !
Lol some think Reids re-hashed article is the smoking gun !
We now have AL saying "Hell will freeze over before selling to Sisu" I was always under the impression that this quote was always attributed to AL's predecessor.
And to think CCFC would be better off if Sisu owned the Acl loan is laughable !
The only way CCFC could be better off is if CCFC owned their own stadium whether it be a new one or the Ricoh. A Sisu owned stadium benefiting CCFC is only for mug supporters to believe !
Acl making a 400k loss in one year is of no concern to me it has nothing to do with CCFC. I am more concerned with things like the debt free status of the club !
I wonder how much interest is being extorted from our club yearly and how much debt is being loaded. What is the latest debt figure 50 , 60 or 70 million ?
How much are we paying in Admin fees ?
How much are we paying in Court costs ?
When will the nightmare end ?

You called me or my post 'pathetic'.

I didn't call you a name did I?

Nothing wrong in criticising a point of view, everything wrong in getting personal.

That's nowt, I was called a condescending c**t by MMM.

If that isn't ironic, I really don't understand the meaning of the word.

Being insulted by MMM is a compliment though right?

Somebody else who can't read.

I wasn't the "legal expert" who said it, bigfatron was.

However he's now disagreeing with his own "expert" legal opinion as it doesn't now fit the narrative.

Sisu are cunts, should never have been involved with the club at all, but absolving any others of any responsibility, and in fact like many, actively cheering their deceit and bringing in of a loss-making London sports franchise owned by a hedge-fund to the detriment of local sport, and their own loyal supporters who now have to travel a 100 miles to see their team play at "home" is a bit bizarre to say the least.

To the detriment of local sport? You mean the blue-and-whites? So you're a rugby expert as well as a legal expert now?

Talk me through it, can you?

Wow another 20 pages of entrenched views disappearing up the protagonists backsides.

What surprises me is that no one ever offers the view that those who are so avidly against the council are people who vote conservative. And vice versa.

I'm a lifelong Labour voter, however doesn't mean I shouldn't question something done by a Labour Council if I perceive it to be wrong.

Definitely think it wrong that a Labour council should be using public funds to loan to a loss-making private company.

I'm a conservative voter, I'm not going to criticise a labour council for doing something I agree with.

When they win or run out of money?

Do you know, and I know we all have different views on this, but this on-going situation could make me cry.

We're headed towards the 4th tier of English football, without a stadium or long-term plan; and the legal casino just keeps spinning. What has this all cost all parties? Across litigation, counter-litigation and administrator's fees? Surely it could have funded the stadium and some decent players to play in it.

Bloody hell...

i wish this sisu would just fuck off, and go and play cluedo, instead of killing our football club

There will soon be nothing left here - Fisher/Sepalla/Waggott and the rest of your cronies - you are not welcome here -

Yes, it's devastating. And you didn't even mention the 2x10pts deduction, the division of the fan base, the decreasing faith in politicians ....
We seem to agree this far.

I don't think it's about political parties - more about individual politicians.
