It's funny how upset the group of fans that insists they hate sisu as much as the rest of us get at a poll about wanting sisu out.

Wrong direction imo, heat should be put on Fisher and Waggott to go. They run the football club to their policies, as they did at Charlton Athletic, those policies are failing which they also did at Charlton Athletic, a new chairman and ceo might move differently to those two clowns. Don't get me wrong I will be ecstatic once sisu go but in the meantime new brooms at the helm are needed.
What have we learnt though, Nog? Simon says his piece that the Trust have "nailed its colours to the mast". They have been nailed for years. I agree that the Trust needs to know what its members want, but I don't think we needed a poll to tell us what we already knew. The Trust need to start having ideas on how they can actually make a difference; surely they must have contacts with businessmen and interested parties and the like; they've said as much before.
I think once they start giving us something to grab onto rather than just another poll then people might start to take what they're doing a little more seriously.

As Tim has said on many occasions some things need to he kept under wraps after all you don't give all your strategies. away to the enemy

Oh, so they DEFINITELY have something in place then, ready to go? I remember you saying something once along a similar line...but said you couldn't give anything away...
Stop being a drama queen. The club isn't dead at all. It's just something you and others throw around for dramatic effect.
We could also mention why The Trust can only get 2000 members.
The open letter to go to the CET is being written as we speak.
So the falling number of crowds on match day at home..... Is that not a sign?
Customers not returning as hoped...is that not a sign??
Lack of sponsors ... is that not a sign???
Lack of permanent quality signings ... is that not a sign????
Falling down the L1 table... Is that not a sign?????
Obvious lack of ambition ... Is that not a sign??????????
No ownership of stadium ... IS THAT NOT A BLOODY SIGH????????????????
Oh please... Yes we are not dead yet BUT we are not far from it .... Our only chance of survival is hoping for a new donor and the only chance we have is if you cut out the cancer from the club first.
You and others are the same people who said no one will buy the stadium if the football club was not there ... Well someone just did!!!
You and others are now saying who would buy us if SISU put the club on a realistic sale... Well I can tell you this, there will always be someone.
Seriously tell me why is it that you come across as a fan that desperately wants to keep SISU as our owners? Do you not have ambitions for the club??? Surely you must see the accelerated devastation they have created in past couple of years since they been with us.

Ah must have taken you ages to write that.
Who actually desperately wants to keep SISU as owners? People are saying lets get the alternatives out in the open and the plans so we can get behind them?
Well we not going to see that are we? if the SISU constantly babble on about the club is not for sale how else will we know what offers there is out there when in reality we all know the club are struggling to keep itself going.
All they are doing is playing there silly hardball games again in hope someone make an offer to clear majority of it's debt in the meantime the longer they stay the bigger the clubs debt gets.
Maybe when someone makes a serious offer then SISU will change their minds. We can babble constantly that we want SISU to leave, but there has to be a viable alternative, doesn't there?
Polls from the Trust will not change a thing. It won't make SISU think "Ooh, we thought everyone loved us", will it? Last year Michael said he had someone interested before he had his little hissy fit so if there are people out there then they need to lay their cards on the table. If not, then we will be talking about Trust polls for the next five years. NO fan of CCFC wants SISU here, no poll needed.
The alternative has to be better then the present,, Sisu have lost all hope of turning this club around,, losing fans by the week, Court action more than any action in regards to progress on any front. And most of the people who have controlled this to the club are still in position taking it further away,, anyone who is really looking at Sisu with the thought please don't go because we do not have anyone else is a perfect fan for what Sisu are pushing...
They did buy the club, but that does not and will never give them the right to treat the club and its fans in the way they have and are still doing today... If Sisu put the forsale sign up today multiple parties would show an interest, that is the way this business runs,, always someone, always interested parties.. To not push for change is very scary situation for this club, to sit in silence is prolonging the end that all know in the hearts will happen if Sisu stay in control.. Supporting the boys is in effect hurting the future of what you are cheering and supporting in money terms most week.. I know some will disagree but under SP we are going backwards but Sacking him seems the answer, even though he is playing with the hand given,, Sisu are taking the club backwards and the same should be placed on them as they are the root cause of this situation..
If there really is only one show in town SISU should call everyone's bluff and publicly put the club up for sale / open to offers. This is what us as the fan base should be uniting behind and push SISU to do. If nothing else Nick, Touchy and Grendull etc. will actually factually be able to say there is no one out there willing to take the club on. People will also be able to make an informed decision as to NOPM will starve them out or not. If it turns out to be not who knows attendances may even pick up.

I'm all for NOPM and starving Wasps out myself.
Unfortunately, as Godiva said, that's probably what Sisu want too.

Do you know when I was typing that out I never thought for one moment that someone would divert my point onto Wasps, mainly because I never mentioned them but I guess some posters would rather just talk about Wasps than the custodians of our club.

SISU have never bee realistic in there thinking. There is a very small chance they will get majority of the debts cleared by any new owners.
The problem is endemic though. If SISU left tomorrow and a new owner rolls up then they will have the same challenges as SISU.
No stadium that they own, very few assets and very little way of generating income. So when they get bored of throwing their money away we'll be back at square one.
We need our own stadium... if SISU don't build one then someone else will have to.
Not to mention the protest group who mentioned consortiums.
This seem to be the premise, but it's just an opinion. Nobody knows for a fact they have given up. And as OSB have said on multiple occasions: They seem to have cut cost to a degree where new cash injections are either not necessary or kept at a minimum. As long as this is true why would they sell unless somebody offered to clear the debts.
On the other side of the fence sits potential buyers - why would they want to clear old debts? Nobody want's to buy 'spent money'. Especially as there are not enough assets to show for the debts.
You say 'supporting the boys are in fact hurting the future ...'. Hmm, if the owners don't want to sell at a heavy discount and potential buyers don't want to buy the debt, then what does a 'NOPM' approach really accomplish? Well, two things really. 1) The club will continue in 'cash neutral mode' simply cutting costs as income fails. 2) Wasps/ACL will lose money making it even more challenging for them to survive at the Ricoh - and that could be exactly what sisu are waiting for.
Rent £100,000 (this offsets or contributes to the stadium bowl up keep)
F&B £8400 x21 x 90% = £158760 (if CCFC get 10% of turnover then that figure is 141k, but what if TF was wrong and it was more like 15% margin? )
Car parking £5 x 21 x 1500 = 157500
there isn't much else they earn from CCFC
So is it SISU or Wasps playing a waiting game? Could ACL find something to replace the loss of CCFC, or would the football team not being there lower costs of the operation and savings be made that way?
I think if SISU are planning or banking on point (2) they may have a very long wait
