So annoying that Robins has clearly done his homework (if he even needed to bother that is as our play is very one dimensional with no plan b) and we don't appear to have bothered!

Can we put Pressley in detention for not doing his?

It has shown time and again this season that managers work out Pressley's tactics (if you can call them that) but Pressley has not once shown that he can change things during games or that he can come up with a game plan to outwit an opponent. It seems to be his way and that is it.

All stats apart from the score suggest we bossed the 1st half.

Its been a VERY long time since we were on top for a whole game.

Our chance may have gone !

Other general observations:

Samuels first touch has been woeful tonight (but at least he is getting into good positions).

O'Brien's "work rate" means he is NEVER in his actual position on the wing, causing us to be really narrow.

Williams is certainly not a left midfielder and willis not a left back (which I am sure they would both confess themselves). They are making Clarke look good.

Tudgay needs to offer himself more, not run away from the ball.

Aside from the last five minutes Barton is playing well. Let him sit and put an attaching centre mid alongside him and it may work. Him and Fleck don't, and it's Fleck I would drop based on current form.

All in all another fun night being a season ticket holder.

oh the expected irony...Sheffers scores. Is there anything more to be done to complete CCFC humiliation?

I'm just wondering if there is a curse on this football club?

Calum Wilson firing in at Bournemouth and top of the championship.

You wait until next year in league two when Pressley,Waggot and Fisher are gloating after we go sixth after beating Barnet, they will be telling us how great Pressley is.
Mark my words, this time next year Pressley will be saying, we had to come down so I could rebuild the club from the foundation up ,and now we are on the way up to where we belong. If Pressley stays the crowds will drop to 5000

The one time it worked was Walsall. That's it.

I dunno; I hear there's a fishing boat looking for staff and Kev has put in a good word for Steve! But he's not currently interested in this offer as sees it as a plan B, and he doesn't do those!

I assume you're there. Do we look like scoring or even giving this glorified pub team a game?

Which is probably why they're all in the bottom 5. Difference is we could change it almost immediately by sacking this pathetic clown of a manager and choosing not to sue everybody else off the pitch.

tbf we have apparently been the better side so far with more possession at any rate. BUT it's results that matter now and we need one here tonight make no mistake.

If Pressley is still here top 6 will be way out of reach
