Steve Waggott has told Coventry City’s players to get out of the treatment room and on to the pitch as the Sky Blues prepare for their final 15 make-or-break fixtures of the season.

The chief executive is hoping the squad will be boosted by the return of Sanmi Odelusi and Frank Nouble when they take on second-from-top MK Dons at the Ricoh Arena on Saturday.

The forwards, who have both been out with muscle tears in recent weeks, could make the match-day squad for the crucial promotion/relegation clash.

“We are pushing ahead with Sanmi and Frank who are on the path to recovery and Reda Johnson, although he’s still a little way off,” he said, “but I have said to everyone it’s time to get off the treatment table and get on the pitch where we need you.

“We’d like Neil MacFarlane and Dave Hockaday to have Sanmi, Frank and Simeon Jackson available for the bench so we have got options to put on. If the game’s stretched they can affect the game in the last 15 or 20 minutes, although that will be Neil and Dave’s shout.”

I hate this clown, the more i see the more i read tells me he has no idea about what he is doing or talking about... I have said from day 1 he and TF will lead this club to a place they will find hard to get back from.. I wish he would be true to his word and walk away if not wanted,, he is not wanted by the majority and the more we hear the more will come to this conclusion.. Nice guy my arse he is a Sisu mouth piece just like his Friend TF and both are in the shit and taking it in turns to spout bollocks to mis direct....

Jackson, Nouble Stretch the field ,, they get injured stretching as does Reda!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

He should be a doctor.

"Get out, you are fine"

The treatment regime is all wrong. Forget the bandages, scans, massages and 'easing back'.
Instead take them to the training ground and do one or two simple exercises:
- Make the player cross the side line.
Usually this exercise is enough, but if the injury is severe it may be necessary with the addition of a second exercise:
- Show a red card to a random person in a different training kit.

So Waggott is all of a sudden a doctor now is he?
One Sisu mouth piece has left this one needs to go as well..makes me wonder whether he will be picking the team for Saturday?

We've got some bloody clever people at the club. Fisher is an expert lawyer and judge and now it turns out Waggott is a fully qualified medical professional!

Yeah! However, it's a pity that neither of them are any good at running a football club.........

Perfectly standard doctor's procedure.

Or at least it was during the First World War. Perhaps Waggott should be on a poster - Your Club Needs YOU![/QUOTE
But because he's always seen pointing to himself; poster should read Your Club Does NOT need you.

I always had the impression that there were far fewer injuries while Robins was here.
