Do some analysis then and have a look at posters behaviors.
With that in mind, think I'll chip in before some examines my data and draws conclusions.
I'm a bit like Noggin. I don't comment on too many football exclusive threads because, other than supporting City, I don't care much about the game. I'll watch England, and the World Cup and Euros (if England are in it), but the prem, champ league, europe? If City were playing those teams then I'd take note but presently, no interest at all I'm affraid. Couldn't care less about Messi or whoever, I'm never going to see him in a Sky Blue shirt. And I've no interest in following teams outside of L1, so when we're about so sign some geezer who hasn't shagged some tart and its ended up in the news, I won't comment because I haven't a scooby who they are.
I've had season tickets in the 70s and 80s. But since moving from Cov and getting hitched, I don't go to many games. So I can't really comment on a match unless I've either seen it for my own eyes, or don't feel it's necessary to state the bloody obvious. Not much point putting my 2p in if it doesn't add something, just helps make the topic boring. The only tactical knowledge I have about the game is if we're letting in goals, we need a better defense. Or if we don't score, then we probably need better strikers, or better people to give the ball to them. I don't pretend to understand the science, I'll let the pundits or the fans who know what their talking about take that forward.
However, I do have some professional experience of some of the topics that invariably crop up here. And, like most of us, a certain amount of common sense. So I'll gladly put my comments in those kind of threads - assuming that's allowed. Surely Sky Blues Talk means talking about issues that affect the Sky Blues?
