What do you want SISU to do in the summer? (5 Viewers)

Clearly we all know most of the answers to that question, but what if they have actually woken up?

I want to see a clear intent of investment on the pitch, whilst tying down Tony to a contract for at least 2 years. If they show that commitment in the summer, then i'll be more than happy to buy a season ticket, i'm sure many will.

What do you want from SISU?

Invest in the playing squad, keep TM on and change the backroom staff top to bottom. Sweep away any ties with the past regimes.

Get rid of all the crap players whether they are "Cov kids" or not. Stop the new stadium stuff unless they're going to stick a shovel in the ground as proof.

Fresh start.

Sell up top of my list if not
Fisher and Waggott replaced
More honesty and transparency

Fisher gone would be the best thing they could do apart from leaving and they won't be doing that.

Yes, but Fisher first. We can't expect both to go at once. Who would run the club?

I think a sixth form business studies student would be an improvement

But in seriousness, I think Waggott is the best of a bad bunch, but if we could bring in a decent football minded CEO or whatever Waggott is, that'd be for the best, aswel as getting rid of TF.

The administration process told us concrete bids were on the table. And people ready to takeover.

I personally think CCFC are stuck with SISU unfortunatley.

99% just want them gone. And for good reason. Players are not needed not court cases.

Waggot and Fisher are massive problems to this club.

Fisher bangs the new stadium drum.
Waggot signs players like Proswitch.

I would say 99.99999 recurring want them gone. The Wasps deal unfortunately has scuppered any quick exit.

Yep and a fresh start includes getting rid of Oggy too. No time for sentiment, let's have a clean sweep from top to bottom.

Totally agree. Sentiment doesn't win football matches. Burge is the keeper than Oggy has really nurtured and trained totally - can't count the loan keepers. And, I'm not impressed. Thanks Oggy and all that, but let TM bring his own team in.

Get rid of Fisher and replace him with someone competent. Then get rid of Waggot and replace him with someone competent. Give TM a 2 year contract and the backing he needs. Stop all this silly talk about a new stadium. Take an interest in the football club. Take an interest in the fans. That lot will do for starters.

Said in a couple of threads now that I think Burge is a better goalie than people are giving him credit for and his weaknesses are coachable. I have been thinking for a while has he's peaked under Oggy and needs a better coach. Maybe, maybe not. A decent back four might have a better effect than a change of coach.

Tony, I agree with you a bit there and include myself in the "people" you mention. He's certainly better than he was after Jamie Jones left, his kicking has improved - I noticed he drops the ball on the floor now when kicking, but I still don't have a great deal of faith in him. I think we need a new keeper in the Summer if we are to have any ambitions of a promotion push.

We need to start seeing evidence that we can build a team. I would like to see a couple of astute season long loans. Maybe even one player purchased for a fee.

we need to start building a team. Too many squad players at the moment.

I would like Sisu to remove Fisher and Waggot and bring in one person to the job
Offer backing to TM and the option to remove the coaching staff he doesn't want.
Sign some decent players and if he is still here keep Waggot away from the finding of players
Sensible season ticket prices for under 20's and raise prices for senior citizens to balance out
Buy some stock for the shop

Yep totally agree with both these answers being saying it for a long time re Oggy too.

1. Keep Mowbray and allow him to organise the back room as he sees fit
2. Sack Waggot - proved totally inept
3. If we cannot get a new external CEO with football experience hand it back to Fisher and tell him his performance will be measured by on the pitch success.
4. Hand Mowbray the playing budget early and leave all the purchasing strategy to him
5. Offer a season ticket deal of £199 with £49 for under 16's with a purchase deadline prior to start of the season.
6. Show long term commitment by having a real stock of merchandise at the shop at the retail park.

Sign Mowbray on a 2yr contract and give him a decent sum to purchase a few players, rather than having to scrape the bottom of the barrel for the dregs nobody else wants

Unrealistic. Most clubs promoted in this division do so with hardly any money spent on players.

I agree with everything you've said.
The first team, that would be the long term commitment that should be the first on any owners agenda.

I believe this is SISU's last chance saloon to show a cause towards CCFC this summer.

I want faith in our future, but what future do we have without commitment?

Agree with all of this if they don't bugger off.
