Not sure where people are getting this 'win and we'll be safe' from. Because we will definitely not be safe if we win.
Fancy us to win though.

Not mathematically but 53 and a better GD should be enough after 46 games, depends on how other results go tonight

'Could' 'If' 'Maybe' 'Should'

Are you lot not Coventry City fans? I hope you are right, but I'm not tempting any fate until we are mathematically safe. And we will not be safe after tonight. Sorry lads.

I'd just get a picture of him tattooed there to see how much he can age as things get more wrinkly.

Sorry don`t agree. If we win tonight it`s game over as far as relegation is concerned IMO. There are so many teams involved now, many of which have to play eachother, that I just can`t see enough of them overhauling us on 53 points to put us in the bottom 4.

Reckon we might have a decent chance tonight. Oldham are safe and have a few 1st choice players missing. But it is City we`re talking about and two home wins is a big ask!

It's still not like the old div 1 games when we were still long shots to escape almost every year with 15 mins to go in the last game.

There games I hand are against MK Dons, Swindon, Preston an Rochdale or something like that. Might be a shock result in there but you'd expect most of them to lose

Saved me the bother of checking. Makes me feel slightly more comfortable.

I've not bet on us to win tonight so we should be OK.

Be nice to have a bit of support tonight. Barton and Nouble getting absolute pelters on Saturday almost every time they touched a ball.

Didn't hear that.

I heard the cheering when Barton was taken off, but those around me clapped Proschwitz.

Yep, we clapped Proschwitz. Thought he put in a decent shift for us bar the miss.

Nervous as i am about relegation, the bookies have us at 10/1 to go down.

Another 1-0 tonight :)

I sit in block 20 and some of the abuse aimed towards Barton and Proz was the worst I've heard in a long time. These people need to ask themselves if their abuse is really going to help the team play better. If I was taking an exam or my driving test for example and I had some guy shouting obscenities in my ear the whole way through I doubt it would increase my chances of doing well. Our record at home is appalling and has been for many seasons and the abuse from the home fans is a big part of it. It's no coincidence that our results at Sixfields were better than nearly every season at the Ricoh as there was no abuse at all + our away form is not too shabby either. We need to stick together and get behind the team and the results at home will improve. The players haven't said so but I'm sure one of the reasons the team changed ends on Saturday before kick off is they want to be at the end near block 15 where most of the guys who go to the away games sit as they always support the team and they want to kick towards that end in the 2nd half which would have happened on Saturday if we hadn't lost the toss.

I agree, I think some players are garbage but I wouldn't stand up and shout at them or give it the boos

I do like posting on here and being proved wrong when they score though :)

Booing is fucking mental. You're literally reducing the chance of your team playing well.

I'm block 20 too, but maybe further back.

Barton was getting a bit of stick, but I didn't hear any for Proschwitz, apart from that miss, which would obviously have any grown adult with their heads in their hands.

I thought the German worked tirelessly and I would have rated him quite highly on Saturday, but marked him down for that miss, cos there is no doubt about it, he should have scored.
