Bournemouth Ground Share (2 Viewers)

Just driven home listening to TalkSport, they were talking about the potential that Bournemouth might have to groundshare as there ground isn't fit for PL football....had a Google and it looks like it was mentioned on Goals On Sunday too.

They might as well move to the Ricoh. The Coventry public will lap up the chance of watching PL football....

I would imagine Mr Eastwood is on the phone to their chairman now to do a deal.

Perhaps we can swap and we go to their ground. As long as Sisu up their PR game and market properly to the local community there cannot be many complaints.

Italia has already enquired about a season ticket and Martcov is checking flight schedules as we speak.

Simon can interview Richardson and ask if he thought it was a fair thing to do. We will then learn that the road access to Bournmouth on matchdays is shocking and its actually good news for their fans as its easier to get to the Ricoh.

Coventry is nearer to Bournemouth than Detroit, after all.

You are all being very silly here. Clearly any ground share (if it comes to that) will be with either Soton or Portsmouth since their owners will have more concern about the fans than ours have.

So travelling 33 or 51 miles shows more concern than 34 miles?

What does it fail on? Seems strange for a relatively new ground, haven't had any problems when I've been there.

I believe they may have been referring to size... only caught the end of it in the car.

It's a joke whatever the issue is. If they make it to the PL.. they have earnt the right to be there.. irrespective of whether the ground holds 1000 or a million.

Just done a quick google and it seems its because the media suite isn't 'premier league standard'.

a) that is a ridiculous reason to not be able to play at home, its not like Sky are going to have them on more than a handful of times
b) surely they can get this resolved in the close season even if its a temporary solution
