The Wasps signage is depressing on a stadium that was built for CCFC.
Walking past the club shop and atrium entrance is sickening to me, that was OUR club shop.
Jimmy's statue should be moved either in front of the legends wall or down to Broadgate.
Having said that if i keep away from that side of the ground it still feels like home when we play.
The stadium external cladding is sky blue, there is CCFC signage.
once you are inside the stadium it looks sky blue to me with the huge CCFC and SKY BLUES seat signage
I suppose thats a decent compromise in a Wasps owned stadium
If they rip out the seats for black and gold then thats ruined it.
Correct. The wasps stuff is superficial.
The underneath of the stadium seating could still be expanded around (as at the front).
A shop could be built there that we could rent off ACL. Certainly cheaper than the current superstore.
The Wasps pull out curtains over the big tunnels could be retracted one way or the other depending on who is playing. Lots of other ideas for match days.
No excuse for not putting CCFC photographs around the dressing room area and tunnel. There is plenty of empty wall space.
If the halls are empty for big matches have a fanszone. Yes you will need to rent the hall but what you put in to sell it is up to CCFC.
You don't need hotels and exhibition halls at the Ricoh, you can make money by having them elsewhere.
At D1 level it is difficult to leverage any additional incomes but surely we want PL so that's why the talks need to start now.
Things like rentals, football incomes, office space, etc need to be planned now with rising scale of incomes, rentals etc as we go up the leagues.
It is not necessary to own everything to generate incomes. Sometimes there are advantages on not having to finance huge capital projects like stadiums.
Did TF think that when saying ACL was not worth £20 (with loan).
I suspect we will have a period of acceptance by Sisu while they recover from their failed plan. Hopefully they will then come to the party.
I refuse to accept anything else until we have tried and failed.
