I don't think its a big deal, I don't see the point in a released/retained list. Couldn't we when we submit our list say we are releasing everyone who is out of contract and then just resign them all 2 weekx later anyway?

With our strikers you could give them real bullets, it's not likely that they'll hit the target anyway.
