An offer to SISU (3 Viewers)

Haha you guys make the gossiping old grannies in the old people home look like nuns.

Unfortunately, Nick doesn't have this site where if you post something and then wish to take it off can do so through the edit but can't remove it.

I stated that I can get investors to buy land in Coventry and Warwickshire to build a stadium if SISU allow the said investors to buy the club at a realistic price. To cover some of the losses SISU have incurred we would allow them to be a partner for up to 5 years with them getting 40% of profits.
I know SISU have invest money but it's nowhere near the 60 million being touted. They have transfered losses from elsewhere, but its totally legal. Also, you can see they do not have funds to build the stadium at present, and with all the court cases involving SISU and the council SISU will find it difficult to work with any council in the land.
SISU's initial claim about the council loaning 14 million to ACL being 'not in the best interest of the public' was totally right and if they had paid the extra could have won that case. Now it's too late because Wasps have purchased the stadium along with the other ACL group. For the council to sell that amount of property is scandellous and it beg one to ask you if they wanted it to be profitable in the first place?
That of course is another issue and possibly one we will never be able find out. What it does mean is unless someone takes some kind off action this will continue to roll on for years. We may get TM to sign a contract. We may get promoted and get increased attendances to help fund a new stadium. We may be able to find one or two gems and sell them for a considerable profit. BUT then again we might not.

All I am saying, and I have sent a letter to SISU, is that I have people who could fund the building of a stadium IF they want to work something out. I am acting individually but at present I am working on two investments in London. The fund will be money raised in this country and from private investors. That would be the first step, dealing with the stadium.

Sorry if I offend people with this posting. I am a serious person who is also a City fan. Maybe I can't change the world but if I can get bums off seats and action being done then so be it I can take the abuse.

What is this profit you talk of?

I think it only correct that I now leave this site, or at least leave until something is done. I am not a publicity seeker and feel any dealings should be done in private. At the end of it all I promise to come back on here and explain everything that happened.

For people who doubt my seriousness on this issue YOU WILL SEE.

Well good luck, but I'm not holding my breath, none of the principal characters like compromise.

Just post it to me. I would try my best to get Wilson back.

Number of strange posts recently

Would advise that if making any offer that putting any details on a forum is (a) going to get some of the ridicule shown above and (b) make you less credible to SISU (c) isn't the right way to do it.

Not sure the problem for SISU or anyone is raising the finance as such, its at what cost. More importantly it is actually having/finding a site that is acceptable to the Local Councils involved including CCC.

You don't need to buy into the 60m debt, most of it sits in SBS&L in any case. You only need to buy Otium. The Preference share issue and the terms attached mean surely that any investor would shy away from Otium because those shares sweep up any profit distribution 100% in any case.

The worth would be in building the stadium as I think you identify, something I would think SISU are well aware of. I assume your investors would want to own the stadium, isn't that what SISU investors want too?

A realistic price for CCCF? probably £1 but the liabilities you will need to take on will be nearer £10m to settle ARVO and other creditors and provide working capital. Why would you pay that? What you want are the assets only.

Clearly a number of Judges would disagree with you as to whether SISU were totally right. The facts of the case appear to disagree in law with your assertion.

Is partnering SISU a solution to building a stadium in Coventry really a solution even if a site were available? Still means SISU partnering with CCC doesn't it?

Just a thought or two

- drive up the ST sales make sure all paid up front to boost closed season cash flow
- make it clear that the finances and team success are wholly dependent on the fans
- don't increase the budget and target breakeven including interest payments
- place the ownership of the club with third party but still backed and controlled/influenced by SISU. So it appears there are new "owners"
- talk up young players to increase perceived value for sale
- improve the PR, have already brought in that PR agency who have been very quiet apparently...... have they been? Influence fans input

is this what is going on?

Question if Otium trading as CCFC owned other income sources away from the stadium would they count towards SCMP or FFP?

Doesn't any income by the club need to be football related or come from the stadium?
If so the club can't setup non-football events away from the stadium to boost SMCP/FFP.

I have a feeling that the definition is somewhat wider Godiva. I think that so long as it is owned by the same company as the football club (ie Otium) it would count.

The club could simply ask FL.
If you're right the club could hire a company to setup events for the club.
