Apart from being a bit pants last time he came back, whether he was born in Coventry or Jamaica.
Players should be judged on their performance, not where they were born.
Never seen Lenny play.......He's better than Henry
10 goals, 18 assists last season. We don't have anyone else with those stats.
Would I have him back? Probably not, mostly due to his age.

10 goals and 18 assists. Lets sign him up then. As a bonus he's a local boy.

Don't mention the local boy thing, it holds absolutely no weight whatsoever.
I am local to Coventry (well lived thre til I was 9). I know it's 40 years on, but can I have a game?
he played us off the park last season
I'd have him back as a squad player as he's experienced, knows the club inside out and had a good season at Scunthorpe.
If he'd never played for us would you seriously view him as a positive signing?

people would be tipping us for promotion. many got very excited about Simeon Jackson !
So o assume there will be a queue of league one clubs after his signature?

If he'd scored 1 goal and had 4 assists last season I wouldn't be interested in re-signing him. The fact that he can still cut it at this level and the added bonus that he knows the club leads me to the conclusion that he would do a job for us stillIf he'd never played for us would you seriously view him as a positive signing?
I spoke to a work colleague who is a scunny ST holder, apparently sheffers rejected a contract deal (someone else did also but cannot remember their name!) so they think he is lined up elsewhere. They did want to keep him but i think there was an element of greed in play here..
Bled the club dry for years during 2 spells-no thanks! Limitations always got looked over because he was from Cov.
