Even if a judge in the future found in SISU's favour. If the judge felt that SISU's own behaviour contributed in anyway to creating the situation. The judge does not have to provide any remedy.

Absolutely correct...."he who comes to equity must come with clean hands". Sisu would do well to note this doctrine and adapt their courses of action more carefully.

I know, I pointed it out at the last JR. Even if compensation was awarded I don't think it will benefit our club; hence why Seppala is keeping the cost of litigation off our books.
