1) Where is the best place to sit in terms of a good view?
2) Where is the best place to sit in terms of a good atmosphere?

Best and only atmosphere block 15-16.

Block 20 is the very best view, but has zero atmosphere. 15-16 is where all the noise is generated from.

Generally the view anywhere has been awful for 10 years. Block 15/16 is crazy like the Liverpool Kop of the 1970's or River Plate
