What blind faith? Not going into meltdown before a game has been played is not blind faith its being realistic.
Nobody is saying we're going to stuff Wigan 5-0 or storm to the top of the league. People are talking about a gradual improvement and hoping for a top half finish.

I'm 'on about' the fact that the players we have signed have no proven record (bar Vincelot) we are crying out for a striker yet sign ANOTHER CM who apparently doubles up as a CB (Just rings class doesn't it) and that we are going into the first game of the season with a strikeforce who have managed 1 goal all pre season?
Would love to be proven wrong, but i feel that your blind faith in this guy who let's be honest has had a very very average managerial career, is completely irrational

in TM the most average manager in the land, his only achievement was taking WBA up but they had a great budget and the personnel in place, at celtic he was toff and that's the easiest job in world football and at boro where he was the old beloved he was completely average. I agree meltdown at this stage is irrational which i don't think im doing but i think on the flip side all the posts about TM biding his time, TM this TM that are completely unfounded, the proof is ultimately in the pudding and quite frankly right now the pudding is Asda smart price angel delight

I think the re-building of our team, which is what it is, is ticking away nicely. First thing he did was secure the defence, got the experienced Ricketts, then the tough guy in midfield Vincelot, secured Johnson for the season, i think the doubt on that one held things up a bit and is now bringing in others, has also signed half a dozen of our youngsters up and this year should or should i be saying must be the year they come to fruition. Remember it isn't about being top dogs in August/September/October it's March/April/May

No guys he's right... It's wrong to ever believe in something or someone. It's wrong to believe that someone with a proven record could ever do anything good for this club. we should all say how's he's a shit manager because that's the way to make this club go forward, dont get behind him and support him... He hasn't got a striker in 3 weeks before the window closes, that's certainly not enough time...

No need to panic, but from my point of view the whole structure of the club is on trial until some sort of success is delivered.
TM still needs to show results but I have a lot more confidence in him than SP.

You said it yourself success at both WBA and Celtic (not success but 50% win ratio is good) and you can't use he had a big budget argument, because you still have to make the most of it and get the best out of your players. He lay down the foundations for Middlesbrough, with a lot of this current players ones he brought in.
he rebuilt the WBA squad that got promoted while still cutting the wage bill.
He also has a win percentage of 43% which includes a relegation season, so how you can call that unproven I don't know.
