To all concerned – If Richard Keys is to be part of the new ‘Coventry City’ you can count me and many others out for the future.
We are all happy with Gary and Joe who are genuine fans (sky blue through and through) but Keys has hardly darkened our door since we were relegated and only turned up in the Premier League when we were on TV or it was convenient (i.e The Giants were arriving at Highfield Road).
I think he has been to approximately 5 matches in the Championship.
Why is it when he is a) out of a real job and b) trying to get himself back in the lime light he can really believe he will be welcome.?

Let's see if Rod turns up if there is a takeover and we start doing well. It's easy to say you ain't coming when the going is tough. Some fans seem to find is hard to stay away when we have a good Cup run though. Whatever happened to all though who came to the Chelsea game? ;)

I don't like the "we are all" bit either. You don't speak for me, sonny.

 I think 5 people not attending because of Keys will be countered by 1000's possibly returning if SISU were to leave.

What a complete idiot that guy is, how many club owners are actually initially supporters of the club? and he is moaning because Keys is not a "true fan" besides he probably isn't part of the bid just has inside knowledge on it. The people pulling the strings will still be the ones with the money who won't be supporters like that Ken Bruce fella or whoever the investment would come from if it were to happen.

Some fans do live in a fantasy land though. We should have fans as owners. We should be successful. We should sign loads of players. We should only make decisions once we have asked every single City fan "what do you reckon"?

I dont see the negative attitude towards Richard Keys. Wants the best for the club like everyone else does. He know SISU are inempt at running this football club like the rest of us.

Keys is OK

Our Rod obviously things we have a choice here. Mmm...which one of these five multi-billionaires shall we choose to take over our club?

Keys suffers from the Coventry disease.

Whenever any is successful from the Coventry area some sections of the population seem to dislike them for no apparent reason. The Enemy are another example of this.

Why do they publish this shit! This Rod is a total knob he doesn't even know what involvement keys would have in the theoretical world that he maybe part of a takeover!

The Enemy don't help themselves though do they... "There are no other good musicians in Coventry"

He may be a little on the hairy side but thats it really.

I don't think there's any "maybe" about it!

I don't really see him in any bad light, nor bear him any malice-he's ok. It's just that he seems to like portraying himself as a "man in the know" a bit too much sometimes, without ever really substantiating anything. He's certainly a potentially valuable ally in terms of being in a position to publicise things on our behalf, though.

Most likely the door to the CCFC Ladies training ground so he can tell them to make him a sandwich...

Too politically incorrect so they've renamed themselves as The Mongs

No problem whatsoever with Richard Keys being involved with any proposed takeover and I don't give two hoots if he has only been to 5 City games or even no City games.

I am pretty sure that the vast majority of Sky Blue fans feel exactly the same way.

Like the way he says he hasn't been to Ricoh in recent years.

Just up until recently he's been presenting live football on Saturdays for the last 20 years or so!

Whilst that may have been even more true in '87, they all claimed to be lifelong supporters back then!

I love that phrase, but up until now had only ever heard it before in BBC conspiracy thriller The Shadow Line, uttered by Rafe Spall. Thank you.
