Shef Utd play Bury who haven't lost in 14 away games. Gillingham play Blackpool who got their first win last week. I think one will slip up so it's important we do the business here

Would love us to smash them and put the nail in Robins coffin.

Totally agree. It wasn`t just that Robins seemed to use the club as a stepping stone to greater things as he saw it.

What stuck in my craw was him walking out shortly after declaring that he was "here for the long term" and had "sky blue blood". If he still considered himself for hire he really didn`t have to lie like that.

Rant over. I`m always nervous about games like this when we are form favourites, we`ve seen City trip up so often in the past in this situation, but I`ll be listening in as usual and "loving every sky blues goal" if we do stuff them.

1-1 draw. They score first from a Burge fumble. We miss a penalty but then get a late equaliser, probably a Reda header

Tudgay would be unlucky to get dropped, it would be like Walsall away last season all over again. But what an option Armstrong would be off the bench.

3-0 city 1060 SBA , by all accounts scunthorpe play quite defensive and so far not very well either , if they invite pressure all game i can't see us not scoring a couple.

On my last visit the atmosphere was good inside the ground and no problems were encountered. It was on this visit that I witnessed an amusing incident, when in the League Cup tie against Birmingham City, the stewards tried to insist that away fans sat down rather than standing up. Of course this met with chants of; 'Stand up, if you love the Blues!' to which the stewards looked somewhat dismayed at, with many Birmingham fans continuing to stand up.

From football ground guide :D

Armstrong back in for Tudgay, RCC to replace Burge and City with a 4-1 win.

Got 33/1 for every City game to be over 0.5 goals (no 0-0s) at the start of the season - looking good so far. Think it's still on there but at reduced odds

Not sure why some have got a downer on Lameires, he's been instrumental in so many of our goals including the opener on Sunday.

Tudguy has to drop out for Armstrong, it's a no brainer.

Edit: given Kent is coming in to play Maddison's role, it's possible that Murphy might miss out.

I think even though the progress made playing with 10 players might be a bit ahead of ourselves...

I don't think Kent should start on Saturday. It would be unfair on whoever has to miss out.

Button was heroic performance by every last man.

I fear for this game. We are all cock-a-hoop and the Sky Blues have made a practice of disappointing.

i love lameries but murphy wont be dropped over him imo. will prob be murphy-kent-lamieres/job

although he might save murphs pace for a subsituation i guess

either way it will be a formidable front 4

Sorry, scratch that - I'd forgotten our secret weapon. 3-0 to us, Jordan Clarke with three own goals.

You have to play the strongest side you have. and we all like tudgay and yes he had a good game last week, but armstrong is better and kent will play maddisons role better than lameras. so id play armstrong up front, kent in the middle behind him. then have lameras and JOB down both sides, keep the back 6 the same. and keep butterfingers burge between the sticks. we have a strong bench as well. he can look to bring murphy or fortune on when someones blowing a bit... 0-2 City Armstong brace. 2 assists from kent:guitar2:

EI EI EI EI O....

Clarke started 29 games in a row for them up until their last game, and was on the bench because he had a niggle. I'd assume, as long as the injury's gone, he'd start.
