no wonder our CMs are getting a lot of flak, if they are now expected to cover for BTA when he decides he's playing as a CF not a winger. the 2nd goal was BTAs fault. expecting CMs to leave the centre of the pitch empty to track wingers up and down the touchline all day is just crazy. MVE knew...

...and in the interests of balance, saka did a pretty blatant handball to stop the ball going out at one point. the ball was a foot in front of him, so no other way he was ever going to control it. right in front of the linesman. piss poor from all 3 officials today.

it's clear we've lost key figures off the pitch. adi and dennis. we've also lost a lot of experienced heads on the pitch. so not surprising that there's a lack of discipline, direction, structure etc during games. trouble is, these things take years to build up. how do we get a grip on this...
