What like the agreement to pay the bondholders The agreement to pay suppliers on time Or even just pay them The original legal position with hmrc is to pay paye & vat by the set dates. Time to pay is a concession agreement that hmrc tells you clearly if it is not met on the terms agreed then the...

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

The latter. Ccfc only rented the stadium on match days which makes the rent charged ridiculous. The basis of the original lease to ACL by CCC was purely based on what CCC needed to pay its loan. Not commercial

Yes he could, which is basically the current situation. However if its done in-house say by NEC group any mark up a third party makes is retained by the owners. The stadium is more viable

So I think I am reading this right. Acl 2006 (not acl iec or wasps holdings)goes insolvent (it filed a NOI after the other companies which I assume gives a little longer time before administration) then the 250 extension disappears the old original lease remains and ACL becomes the tenant of...

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

Richardson is a big creditor though and its whether there is any precedence in the debts which is the big issue. I still think that a likely outcome of this process is that another Richardson controlled entity is able to buy the assets. Precedence is bondholders then HMRC. Whatever's left...

IEC are a 100% group member of wasps holdings There are no charges registered against IEC so it is not part of any security given to bond or anyone else. It deals with the conference and exhibition income side of the business which is operated by Delaware North. It about breaks even each year...

but, at least publicly, the only things on offer right now are the stadium & wasps - those deals need to be completed sooner rather than later whether by administration or otherwise. He has to show a long term sporting club use, wasps have a longer lease than CCFC (who have said they will be...

yes from 2018 to 2021 they spent 227m on players and recouped 145m some fans can make a lot (most) of the noise without being particularly well informed or simply choosing not to listen and use their own eyes.

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

Bit of perspective about Ashley based on published financials I think a lot of the criticism of Ashley's involvement with NU stems from the fans over inflated ideas of what the club could achieve without a multi billionaire to back it. They expected to win the cups, leagues etc, instead results...

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

Buy acl 2006 and the lease doesn't have to revert, be rewritten or transfer. CCC cannot unreasonably object to such a sale. As for a stadium operator not wanting the pitch to be used and kick us out why would they do that. Why kiss goodbye to the income, the footfall, the PR etc?

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

This would be the sort of stadium owner that it should be. They don't need to own Wasps or CCFC to do it. Both clubs are tied to the stadium with leases, why take on the sporting losses ?

Get a deal for the stadium do Wasps holdings need to go in to administration? Is one of the sticking points that if wasps not sold with the stadium Richardson doesn't get any of his money back ?

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

Sorry I do not see how most if not all of that would/could ever work. I don't see why they would accept 15m to 20m for the lease let alone the other assets. From the rumours it seems in its current state its worth more, and any administration would have to aim to maximise value Councils tend...

Perhaps but there are much tougher teams and streetwise teams than us at the moment that I don't see them getting those kind of results against. Better team but struggled to beat a less confident team, with far less depth in squad and certainly less quality too. But yes to succeed you have win...

Thought 6's all round. Dabo's best game for a while and did well as did Bidwell so 6.5 for them. Tyler Walker needs an extended run. Today was better from him and there were moments that he showed the right application, the possibility of more. I would start him above Godden. Tavares showed...

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

There are 8 working days left for wasps to get something sorted. If they do then potentially the bondholders get fully paid. Press the button now and it all goes south rapidly and the outcome is potentially worse for the bondholders. I dont know what is going on behind the public angst but is it...

The trustees are not acting as investment advisors though. They are not acting for wasps either or at least should not be. Their duty is to ensure the terms of the bond are adhered to by both wasps and the bondholders. Within that they have some discretion in their actions to act on behalf of...
