Sheaf is a good player and captain obviously but lakes that “bite” that Hamer had. Eccles is a middle of the road Championship player-he has a place in the squad but we need better. Torp hopefully with a full preseason will be a good addition. We are missing a good hard as nails no nonsense...

Yep no leader at all in the pitch. Sheaf-decent enough player but not captain material. Lati has had it aswell for some reason but he’s just hopeless. Will no doubt stay in the good books though by putting a tweet out about “Cov Cov Cov” 🙄

Not sure he’s a Cov fan but has an affinity for the club-but you are right on the basis that he goes (which he probably does) with my best wishes and I’ll recognise his contribution for the last 4-5 seasons which should be acknowledged.

It’s hard to move on from this and it will be talked about (the match as a whole) for years to come. I’m still positive in the fact that we won the battle but lost the war.
