So let’s get this straight.
According to posts you, and others, have made in the past, King is a narcissistic control freak who micromanages every single detail. Yet, the biggest decision of his tenure so far and he has decided to go on holiday.
Ok.
I park away from the ground and walk 20/25 minutes. It doesn’t matter, the area, particularly on Saturdays is gridlocked.
The issue isn’t necessarily closing the roads, it’s the reluctance to open them up again when the crowds have long gone.
They opened the A444 but left Wheelwright / Hen Lane closed for a good 15 minutes longer yesterday. It’s just so overkill. It should not take me nearly an hour (sometimes longer) to get to the M6, especially when the ground was designed in area specifically for ease of access to the motorway...
Set the tone brilliantly. We’ve lacked that spear point in the press. MOTM for me, Sheaf second.
Wright much better.
Could tell from minute one they’ve had a rocket up their arse this week.
I’ve been trialling different places to park, different routes etc. I don’t mind walking and have done the last two games but the end result is the same no matter where you park. Took me 1 hour 15 mins to get to J2 of the M6 yesterday.
If DK has any sense, he’ll be on the blower to Matty James’ agent tonight. We are so soft bellied in the middle of the park. Need an experienced head, and quickly.
3.5 hours back to Kings Lynn today. What was regularly a 2 hour journey last season, sometimes under for night fixtures.
Genuinely puts me off going. If nothing changes, will consider having a ST next year.
Had a gut feeling since last season that this will be MR’s last season. Not saying that I want him gone but reckon he’s got 4 more games. Can see us bringing in someone like Rosenior if he goes.
