Well maybe not everyone wants to sing from the rooftops and go mental. I know people who are very vocal in life but are like church mice inside a stadium. So long as folk enjoy themselves, show their appreciation that's fine by me. Personally I like going mad.

I was thinking more specifically when they are guests and get given some seriously strange combo. I mean it's laughable when the morsel has been on their lips for little more than a nano second and they're creaming their pants like it's food from the gods.
