Stranger things happen. Birmingham got rid of a manager doing well for Rooney....

I know most won't agree but our defence did well. They hugged and puffed yet didn't get any clear cut chances.

Why do tou think I always say trust Robins 😂😂 He will leave one day. I just hope it isn't for several years yet. What would piss me off the most would be if we got promotion to the Prem then had a bad start and King decides to go for an experienced Prem manager. I would be happy to keep him...

    Transfer Rumour Ephron Mason-Clark

Only what happened to us when we loaned Maddison back. Wouldn't surprise me if his head is in the wrong place and it affects the other players. Won't make the slightest bit of difference to him what happens to his present side this season.

Which is what I have said all along. Bring in lots of average players or aim for certain targets that will improve us. If he had signed lots of average players those having a go at our smaller squad would be having a go at the average players. Robins is in a no win situation with many.

Or Robins knew they would be ahite in front of goal as they were but wanted a GK that would be in charge of his area and catch every ball that came near him. Robins is a master tactician. Doesn't always pay off as he can't control what happens on the pitch but he picks sides that many don't...

That puts my mind at rest. Thought we were the only side that got injuries.

Very few players? Nearly a complete side aided by players that made it all the way to penalties in the playoff final.

Collins is a great shot stopper. His distribution is very good. But he is shite at catching the ball that puts serious pressure on us at times. Wilson is a good shot stopper but maybe not as good as Collins. His distribution isn't as good as Collins. But he commands his area much better than...

    Championship thread 23/24

Been going to games for nearly 50 years now. Nothing surprises me anymore. Teams at the bottom play for their survival. They end up with a siege mentality. Teams being pulled into a relegation battle lose all confidence. Others look at sides near the bottom as an easy game. Then right near the...

Plymouth will be safe. Whittaker will make sure of that by himself. A couple more wins in the next month from anyone above the bottom 3 will pull them clear.

How about trying to lower the expectations of many of our supporters? Our reserve players were our 1st choice last season. They were good enough to make the playoffs and only lose to penalties with just 2 other players. 2 players don't make a good side no matter what anyone says.

You're being very generous here. But we have a young side that are willing to learn so will get better with experience.

6 for Simms? Ran his arse off, caused them more problems than anyone else and scored a good goal.

Certainly better than last year. Other than 2 players we didn't moan much as the players that were in the team are those now called out as not good enough.

Best cross of the match. Pinpoint on Wright's head. Tou can't blame Palmer for today. We were already on the back foot. He was trying to take them all on alone most of the time. A couple of intelligent times he held up the ball instead of running into a dead end.
