No idea. First impressions, he's a knowledgeable and well respected guy but not sure he has the drive, determination and intensity to drive training and coaching sessions days after day over a season. Comes across as he's been happy in his back seat technical role at QPR for the last 8 years...

Not sure why Sheaf was heralded as the saviour, he's never been that sort of player. He was a great compliment to Hamer in the middle but Sheaf has always seemed better in the supporting act role rather than the main man. More of a Michael Carrick type than a Gerrard

Absolute shite, makes you wonder what's happening in training every day. Whole squad and coaching staff just turn up and go through the motions it looks like from what we are seeing on the pitch

Surely if a couple of them show some real aggression and fight it rubs off on the rest of the squad, if the captain and manager led by example of showing the aggression we want in the squad the rest will follow to a point. (At least more than they are showing now)
