You need an account, you don’t need a season ticket. Buy single tickets online and they are added; buy at ticket office (or gate) and you can have them added.

It’s probably best to treat a ST as a membership. In some seasons you’ll get more use/value out of it than in others, but it still gives you access to a range of benefits that you may or may not take advantage of.

In my experience the points have been spot on since the scheme started, one of the few admin things that the club got right in the SISU era!

Other clubs run ballots so there must be a way of doing it, but it definitely adds additional time & cost for the club. It would almost certainly be for individual tickets so if you need 2 then I guess you don’t enter the ballot and you get your points up by attending the games that are...

Have you checked it in your account history? If it’s wrong, contact the club to get it corrected. They won’t know unless you tell them.
