I think there's a problem with the website, it's saying error on the coach booking aswel, obviously haven't sold out yet, as you said only sold 400, might be worth trying to ring or email ticketmaster, they respond quite quick.

I contacted ticketmaster last week asking what the deal was on cancelling and getting a refund, although I bought and paid in full for mine, was just going to do all away games instead. The reply was that you can get a refund in exceptional circumstances, whatever they are,

I was on about this yesterday on another thread, apparently you won't be able to choose row or seats for away games as the ticket website can't put the seating plans up for the away games, pretty crap. You will only get to know the row and seat number when you go to checkout, I kept doing that...

I actually bought the Portsmouth tickets on my phone and was going to get Swindon the same but noticed you couldn't pick seats or row so used laptop and it was the same. It just makes it harder to get tickets at the preferred level, hope it's not like this all season but probably will be.

I was doing the same this morning, ended up in row j. I hope it's not like that for every game, should be able to pick row and seat like last season.

Mine were allways the ones I'd picked but like you said you could sit anywhere at quite a few, I allways seemed to sit where someone insisted it was their seat though .

I bought my Swindon tickets today, last season I could pick seat, row for away games but doesn't seem to be the option to pick now just best available or have I missed something,
