You seem to be missing something. I never said I expected us to win, I said IF we expected to win, we have to limit their chances. That’s basic football, and it seems to be escaping you. Their record at home only dictates how MR chooses to set the team up, but if they score lots of goals...

Leeds played them a couple of weeks ago, how did they get on? oh, if we expect to win, we have to limit their chances surely. I thought that was one of the basics of football tbh.

stats are deceiving. They had a particular chance where there guy was alone on the pen spot, and blasted over. Easier to score, but that shows as not on target of course, as does Godden’s header…

my point was that we gave them too many good opportunities to score, for a team with expectations of getting in the top 6 and staying there. we dominated the game and yet to me it’s worrying how sloppy we were.

our 2nd was a deflection too. I only recall Godden having one clear cut chance. Have to watch the highlights
