I believe this is an important issue for many supporters and will make sure it is brought up at SCG tonight and will report back clubs response

Have We Been Closed Down Then?

Sorry to crush any half baked conspiracy bollox but Mr Ward has only just sent out the notes from the board meeting to rest of SCG - sure Simon and the gang at the CT will pick them up once they are published and interpret them as they see fit as no doubt will their colleague at the Observer

Have We Been Closed Down Then?

    Questions for the SCG

I got the feeling that they are doing everything on a thin and scabby shoestring. Stuff is being transported to the Ricoh in staff's cars on matchday and they seem to be unable to even fork out for a rental van. It was mentioned (and this has been mentioned several times before to club) that if...

    Questions for the SCG

Some of these were asked on here prior to the last SCG and I raised them - answers below There was a mobile shop at Sixfields but Tynan Scope informed the meeting that they did not have the manpower or resources to bring stock and man a substantial retail presence hence the table top.

    SCG Meeting

He didn't say they were lying but intimated that people associated with the stadium build were not happy with the FOI answer. I believe that the Trust will follow up Mr Fishers observations with RBC as if they have mislead on a JOI that is a very serious offence.

    SCG Meeting

The financial case/burden for the stadium has never been explained except that its always justified by "need all revenues because of SCMP/FFP". It has been pointed out to Tim Fisher that this would be a good starting point. He has promised a conference call in next few days to answer questions...

    SCG Meeting

Sorry that couldn't get answers to all questions but large part of meeting time was taken with SCG being introduced to Mowbray and Tim Fisher trying to explain financial results. Minutes of meeting will be issued on club website, Trust website and CovMad websites in due course.

    SCG Meeting

Overall feeling was that once thins improve on the pitch things will feel better off it - more wins more fans etc. Club admits stall is not ideal but do not have resources (ie a van and personnel) to move substantial amounts of merchandise from Gallagher to Ricoh and, despite size of it, there...

    SCG Meeting

Tim Fisher insisted that meetings took place and he didn't understand how councils reported officers meetings internally but didn't want to make an issue of it as that might embarass Rugby council and they want to be able to work in cooperation with them in the future. Also stated that the...

    SCG Meeting

The pitch marking issue is being discussed with ACL as the club have noted the football ones are well covered during rugby matches but not so well when its the other way round. The whole pitch is under discussion but both teams will have to bare with this temporary one until a brand new one is...

    SCG Meeting

Thanks for all the questions - vast majority sensible and constructive - I will try and get as many as possible raised and answered. Just to add Tony Mowbray is scheduled to come to the SCG meeting so if anyone has any questions for him I may be able to ask them (no guarantees as it may just be...

If you had to make a decision right now...

No for me or my Dad - 40 years of Season Tickets (apart from Sixfields) but the inexorable slow descent into obscurity has simply killed my passion and love for something that was a huge part of my life and for that I will never forgive Sepalla, Fisher, Labovitch etc.

    New David Conn article

I am not a fan of Wasps - never have been. Have I been a rugby fan - yes, been to see CRFC several times over the years. Have I been a fan of CCFC - surprisingly yes since the age of 8. I am not saying its fine for Wasps to move I am saying its not my fight - thats between them, their fans and...

    New David Conn article

I don't really care about the level of respect Wasps have shown their fans - thats between them and their fans - I do care about CCFC. You don't oppose moving to Nuneaton even if it might kill another team and its not in Coventry? Sad and selfish. If my comments shame the Trust then report me to...
