    thats it

yes I'm a 60+ old fart but its time many of you don't agree but NOW is the time to move forward in hope SISU are not going to move without money back so COUNCIL / ACL sell the ground to SISU - surly there's a conditional way they can do it with SISU having the development land to get money...

    The Freehold at the Ricoh

wouldn't they get all the development land around as well!!!!!!!!!
  5. S

sadly as a supporter of over 55yrs I do qualify - from memory the reason was he made a press announcement before club so Robbins withdrew job offer

    Most likeable people in football

Everton football club - once took as handicapped everton fan to a match against city - they allowed me to sit with him and thoroughly spoilt him even with nearby parking spot all at nil cost for him Was a boxing day and we WON wonderful memories of a wonderful club and he still talks about it

    Fisher states:

HMRC - aren't owed enough to make a difference- its all about percentages only SISU and ACL can effect
  11. S

    what do ACL gain..

main creditor - SIDU chose the liquidator As already said on another thread the expected result will be a fresh CVA not liquidation necessarily
  12. S

    its liquidation

Been talking to a friend - an Insolvency Practitioner Insolvency means out of league! he would recommend a new CVA - sadly SISU as main creditor MUST consent Revenue reject every CVA as matter of course
  13. S

    Appleton appointed as Liquidator!!!

sadly his appointment is standard practise in insolvency
  14. S

    Administration Meeting 2/8/13 Official Thread

depends whether either will back down - should be a short meeting if they have but I fear 2 stubborn groups and liquidation with incompetent IP giving little credible guidance I hope for CVA and back to Ricoh and ALL parties negotiating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but ..............cuckoo

    **Fisher stunned by new deal**

Agree to complete the carrot buy 50% of ricoh on promotion back to championship 50% on promotion to premiership then they can rebuild link to fans by getting a team to do it heads we win tails they win
  16. S

Is the CVA delay positive or negative ?

positve as I see it hopefully he told both sides to grow up and do the right thing for once
  17. S

    Something not right

whats not right - for the first time I 100% agree with telegraph
  18. S

SISU - why for gods name don't you listen

we don't want to go many of us won't go please just cut your losses and go:wave:
  19. S

ACL to allow CCFC Ltd to play for free!

can't understand the fear of a problem with F L - for years Hull were technically paid to use their stadium by the council owners
  20. S

Sisu back in full control and us out of admin by Tuesday?

What have SISU to lose they just offer what they alledge the debt is ie £70M no one will beat that - its a joke they will still be owed money and have just got rid oF ACL debt and spent it on fees Our only hope is the football league not accepting them!!!!
