(Not a knock to you, personally)
I think we'd all love to see our best XI each and every game. I'm not a physio or sports doctor, though. It's a high intensity, physical top professional level of sport. Even professional athletes are not machines, but human. I believe each player must also be...
Last season was exciting bc we stormed a half season surge to nail a play off place in the final weeks.
This season is so far exciting bc we're in the mix much earlier.
Not sure which is better for the nerves, but I'm enjoying the ride
That is correct. Last clean sheet vs Wednesday, Boxing Day. Scored 2 (or more) in league games, last 7 of 8 games.
Last game Cov didn't score was (get your time machine ready, and don't want to jinx) was Stoke 11/11/23
I overall thought this was a thoroughly entertaining match. Not top quality, just entertaining, from both teams giving it a real go. It was tough watching at times (both literally, and figuratively). Looking forward to the weekend now.
I did that for the Rotherham match. I shudder at that feeling of being let down.
Then, just went ahead and bought the half-season pass, so my disappointments can be spread out without having regretful of trying to pick and choose at random

Thanx @robbiethemole for letting us know, good to see stuff can (and should) be reviewed if there's any alleged violence (this wasn't alleged, it was clear on camera). On the whole, player safety is paramount. I know injuries are part of the ordinary...
Hopefully they all have gotten more used to each other on the training grounds, too. I think Torp could be really deadly with taking corners, so hopefully everyone training together on that will make us more dangerous. I also suspected Torp (or MVE) for a direct free kick goal tonight for a tidy...
A very fun read for your opening post on Pasoti. Favorite phrases include
"....beat Argyle with a late goal, scored when the ball was cut back from so far off the pitch two of the City ball boys fell out over who was closest to being given an assist."
"....using rock paper scissors to select...
I also didn't realize at first how quickly Saka closed in after his initial blast, good sense of situational awareness by all, even Kasey looks poised to jump left for a tap in if it happened to land at him off of Haji
My thoughts yesterday was even how close he was when ball fell to feet, goalies hands were right there + the defender on the line gave very little (if any) real space to get it in. Thought a lot of the stirup at Haji for missing was misguided frustration. Glad for the brace, so that moment now...
It's been 10(?) matches since we've kept a clean sheet. Can we tighten it up maybe please?
Going to say a 1-0 win. Milan or Torp, to shake up the score card
