It might be only one for ST holders. 19k x 2 would give 38k with an allocation of only 33 or 34k.This could potentially mean that some ST holders don't get a ticket. The club would not let that happen surely .

I reckon ST holders will get one ticket as giving 2 each would exceed the allocation if they were all sold
