Just to re-iterate... The £30m could easily be along the lines of £14.4m loan, £12m naming rights & £3.6m left for Higgs & CCC. We have no idea about the individual numbers so it's not really worth trying to extrapolate what equity etc. is from 'worth £30m' as it is such a general figure.

Very important point to note: The council is buying the Higgs' share so as to prevent CCFC from being able to match any offer for it. Hopefully nobody will be too upset by the club not being able to get in on this deal and will be right behind any new stadium plans..? ;-)
