well a club can only benefit from running a good academy, long gone are the days of "your too small" etc the game has progressed since then, although i admit its probably still happening at certain places, clubs like Crewe have always done this as in the end selling products of their youth...

agreed, dropping down a league and admin seemed to work a treat for them, but they also have a good solid fan base and own their own stadium, invested heavily in their academy for years and now enjoying the fruits of their labour, just shows what can be done from a fresh clean balance sheet

is it really all about spending big money on players? or creating a good close-knit TEAM that compliment each other and are very difficult to beat, think many managers miss that trick these days.

the only way we would be better off without sisu is when someone else comes in and takesover, at the end of the day just get up the Ricoh and support our boys, ive had enough of the sisu out stuff, want to enjoy the football again and hopefully we can start scoring goals and picking up points.

im also among the group who dont eiether support or not support sisu. there should be a middle option to make the poll more accurate.

I understand what you are saying Brinner, i was asking for suggestions that CCFC/SISU could improve the financial side of the club as outside investment seems a no-go, i wasnt asking the question of would you or how would you feel, it was a generic question/debate which emotion shouldnt be...

do any of you think SISU would or could issue shares say for 10% of CCFC to raise funds, i realise the reasons why some people wouldnt buy them, but as they keep saying they need investment, why dont they use some sort of fan incentive to try and pull some money in?
