We live in rural Scotland where some roads aren't wide enough to give 1.5m to overtake other cars, are we technically not supposed to overtake anything like old grannies doing 30 in a 50 or tractors?

I think @Mcbean was on his motorbike so not sure he has to give as much as 1.5m 🤔 Also we are supposed to give cyclists a 1.5m gap when overtaking in a car but what are we supposed to do when we are driving and a whole load of cyclists are coming the other way and filling up the opposite lane...
