Tough game against a team who’s making the champ look easy for a promoted team. In saying that it’s a good ground for us and we have 2 wins and 3 clean sheets. A win here would boost the team massively but I’d take a draw.

How so? Interested to hear your view. For me, Eccles is good enough as a main CM for us. Our midfield cannot pass forwards and split teams. The disconnect between midfield and forwards is there to see. I hope the box formation solves that.

Agreed. I tried to answer your question about why he changes the back line mid match. That’s why I think he does. I’ve said before, robins achille heel is game management and substitutions. Always weird and rigid and now, predictable.

Wilson is fine in goal. Our biggest problem, and we have a few, is central Midfield.

I like the look of him and hope he keeps getting better but his final pass whether it’s wide or central is poor and is yet to score. To be fair, he hasn’t had loads of game time so he needs time.

Completely toothless. Lots of possession, very little threat, the Sky commentator said and how right that is. In saying that, if Wright scores his 1 on 1, the game changes. West Brom have done a job on us and their 2nd goal was offside but still, we’re so toothless and boring to watch.
