There's a lot of fly-tipping where I live in Spon End, by people who don't live here.
I think many of them are business-owners judging by the sheer quantity of bin liners they dump.
Are you sure? The Marina was right down by the junction with London Road. There was one much closer to Willenhall Wood at the other end of St James Lane and another at the bottom of Remembrance Road, just inside the precinct.
You're mistaken, the earnings limit for Pension Credit (£182.60) is lower than the current full State Pension (£185.15).
It is also means-tested so an estimated million pensioners who would otherwise qualify don't receive it for one reason or another.
I think when most people use the term 'pensioner' they mean those living on the basic state pension and not those in receipt of graduated retirement benefit or private pensions which may be much higher.
While those on Pension Credit or Universal Credit will get £650 in cash, even if they've never paid a national insurance stamp in their lives.
That's in addition to all the other discounts and payments they automatically qualify for.
The government's definition of "the poorest" is those on means-tested benefits as opposed to those on contributory benefits such as the state pension who may in reality actually be worse off overall.
Facebook sent me SIX separate email notifications between five and ten this evening and when I finally logged-in they turned out to concern a single post by a friend on his own timeline of no importance to me whatsoever.
Battery packs make more financial sense, if you can recharge at off-peak rate. Payback period is 4-5 years.
Don't try making your own though, I've seen some really dangerous setups on YouTube from people who should know better.
Me too!
This is the first station in 1838 with an entrance from Warwick Road, it later became the stationmaster's office. Note that disability access was not a high priority.
