Yeah, Reid got done a few times down that side of the pitch. He also loves to grab a handful of shirt. Was amazed he got away with some of them. But, first time he’s played there in the ‘first’ team, so hopefully he can kick on.

Nah, just walked in and someone in seat so nicely said “fuck off you c**t” and he got all offended ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

He ballooned one over the crossbar if that’s any good? Oh, and goal!

On the off chance the bloke that gave me shit when I pointed out he was in my seat reads this forum — FUCK YOU! Carry on (y)

You have my sympathy (stretches and core exercises are your friend, I can’t stress that enough (y)). I’ve had what you might call a bad back over the years (9 discs gone so far…).

    Match Thread Nottingham Forest (H)

Quite liked the article in the Birmingham Mail that someone posted the other day. Said how good he’s been for us and then claimed they did the right thing to let him go on a free. Erm.

Just got back, fucking great day. Is Jodie our new lwb ?! Looked the part when he came on, and to think loads were wondering if he was worth a contract ;) Brilliant to see fans in the ground, great to see us win. Happy days.

    Jake Clarke-Salter

£18 tbf, which is still daylight robbery.

I get that they had investment and Zola and all that, but more than doubling the attendance in one year is something. I can imagine it taking a fair bit to double ours, put it that way.

I went around then so checked the scores to see if it was that year. So, in 93/4 there were 9k there and we won 1-2, the year after there were 25k there and we drew 2-2 (that’s when I went). Not sure what happened that year to increase it so much.

Lots of positives in this game. Feeling quite optimistic for the season now, if we can keep them all fit we should be ok.

    Stratford v CCFC U23s

Yeah, I get that for a positive, thought we were talking about close-contact isolation.

    Stratford v CCFC U23s

Oh yeah, I get that it’s different, but you could keep fit to some degree. Anyway, I think I’m talking about a different thing from what chimp says.

What, just if isolating? That’s quite surprising. Can see why if +ve, or is that what you mean?

    Stratford v CCFC U23s

Why can’t they do whatever they can in their homes? I mean, I do and I don’t have the resources of a pro footballer, and admittedly I don’t have the same equipment, but it’s very possible to stay fit at home. No? Even a treadmill only costs a few hundred, surely worth it in the circumstances…

    Hamer

I mean, we don’t know that they haven’t already been in talks. We also don’t know if their agents are advising them not to sign, because if they run their contracts down they get a huge signing on fee, or conversely it gives them leverage in contract negotiations…”it’s gonna cost you x million...

Sponsoring a Player - Fellatio Martinez

Only just noticed this, I got them for my son as he loves them (and I do everything I can to keep him away from the local teams ;)). Noticed it last year as it goes, which shows how sad I am that I was reading the player sponsors. Nice choice of player btw :sneaky:
